House was in a great location to everything. The show we were seeing was at Red Rocks which was very close. restaurants, shops etc. also very close yet felt like in the mountain! Host was very quick to respond if had a question. Would def go back again when we visit Colorado!

We loved it!

This place was great! Lots of room for our big group, amazing patio looking over the trees and mountain. Nice big kitchen for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Adult friends trip

We came from Michigan and spent 3 days in Evergreen. Easy access and pretty easy to find. The house has a ski chalet feel. House and surrounding was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful view out the large windows. A herd of approximately 15 friendly mule deer kept us company during the day. Plenty of space for 6 adults.

Nice property, but some problems that need addressed

Nice property but many things need repaired. Not really as kid friendly as it looks. Lots of steps as house is on 4 levels. Good location if you want to spend part of your time in western Denver.

Wedding trip

The home was very clean and well stocked with amenities. We even had a crib and gates for stairwells when needed. I did feel a little nervous as the staircases have wide enough rails that a child could fall through. We loved the interior as it has a 50s/60s vibe. The owner was very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout. Not a good home for those who cannot climb stairs.

Property manager was told before trip that we would have no access to our computer from home to read the entry direction. He was instructed to text them to our phone but did not. We had to have a family member log on at home to find the instructions

Red Rocls Weekend

Had an amazing time in Evergreen for 4 days. 20 min to red rocks. plenty of space 5 full bedrooms. had some plumbing issues and there are some rules, but it was a great house and we had a blast. the fire pit on a clear night and the hot tub after a long day are perfect.

Beutiful property.. big bedrooms,open floor plan, clean... no ac it was hot when we arrived but after opening the windows and turning on fans it was cool enough... TV didn't work in the game room but the property manager got back to us immediately to fix it.. pantry was stocked with paper products and seasonings... ice machine didn't work but there was ice in the freezer so not a big deal..overall we had a great experience and would stay here again

Out stay was great. Loved the home and location. It accommodated eight adults perfectly. The deck, hot tub and dining and living areas were awesome. Lots of space. Supplies were a little scarce (dish clothes, kitchen towels, paper towels and toilet paper) and there were spots that the cleaners definitely overlooked. We would have also liked to use the picnic table and play games outside but the grass was overgrown in some places and non-existent in other areas.

Amazing Home

Home is very beautiful….quiet….has EVERYTHING you need. Only two TV’s one in the living the other in the game room. Hot tub/Fire Pit is very relaxing. Be careful you will get winded walking up and down the stairs. Host gets back to you fast. Book it! You will not be disappointed great views driving to/from the home.

Mountain Rest

We enjoyed this property. It is laid out in a really convenient way so that 2-3 subgroups/families can get lots of privacy. 2 upstairs bedrooms off in their own nook with 2 baths. Main garage level has 2 rooms and a bath. Then basement has fun rec room and a bedroom. Super nice for everyone not being in each other's space. The kitchen cabinets could be updated as they appear original but we loved the real wood fireplace, hot tub, patio and yard and highly recommend! Hosts are responsive and the house has everything you need. We hope to return in summer for a family trip.

Great Mountain Retreat

This was an enjoyable getaway for 7 adults! The property is nice, well maintained, comfortable, and plentiful with amenities. *IMPORTANT NOTE: No A/C. It was HOT, and I didn’t think to look for this amenity. No fault of the property or listing. The deck, fire pit, hot tub, and property is suberb. Lots of stairs, so the elevation winded us. LOL!

The property was in great shape when we arrived, super clean. My family and I really enjoyed visiting the neighboring mountain towns. BBQ every evening, kids used the hot tub and great mountain views. One night the most amazing lighting storm. Thanks for the fun!

Beautiful Mountain Paradise

The Evergreen Gem is very aptly named. It's a beautiful oasis in the middle of the wooded mountains of Evergreen. Close to Denver, Golden, Idaho Springs and Boulder. Lots to do from very comfortable lodging. The Gem is a great hangout space, with a big kitchen and five real bedrooms with real beds. It's been a surprisingly hot Colorado summer, so no A/C can be challenge in some rooms, but we made it work with some fans and open windows. Book this beautiful place; you won't regret it!

The multiple levels of this place worked out for our large group (4 couples). Close the I70 so easy to get around. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and views were great. Friendly deer.

Beautiful family mountain getaway

This is a beautiful house. Great playground for children, nice hot tub and patio for relaxation and a fun game room. I recommend that since house is 15 mins away (one way) from grocery store or gas station, make sure you have your food, snacks and drinks with you. House is in a great location to surrounding towns. A little high on the rent, but comfortable. We had a very nice family vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a great time. The property is in a scenic location. Three levels were very accommodating for family meals, games and more. This was a great basecamp for skiing in Breckenridge and excursions into Denver. Even the twenty somethings were impressed. I highly recommend.

Thanksgiving getaway

We stayed for a long thanksgiving weekend, property was as advertised. Everything was clean/cozy and check-in and questions were a very easy/quick thing! Would definitely go back!
