‱ The onsite manager and residents value a quiet, respectful environment. Parties, functions, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited within the apartment or building grounds. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund.

‱ Security cameras operate in common areas of the building (including entrances, hallways, and parking areas) for the safety of residents and guests. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

‱ The building is undergoing exterior painting as part of routine maintenance to keep it looking fresh and well maintained. Painting works outside this apartment, and its private balcony have been completed. Scaffolding may be visible in other areas of the building while remaining works continue; however, access to the apartment, river views, and shared facilities remains clear, safe, and unaffected.

Great Latin

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats pass by on the river. This is a great location, very convenient for everything. The ocvommodation was spotless, cool in the heat, and had everything we needed. Mimi was very helpful and responsive.

great location

we only had 3 days in Brisbane the house was perfect to get a feel of the city. easy access to buses, trains and the ferry's. neighborhood was great, walking distance to store, bakery and restaurants.

Lovely apartment with a great view

We really enjoyed our time at Kangaroo point. The apartment is well appointed, clean and exactly as shown in the online photos. There was plenty of space for our family and the kids loved the apartment. Mimi is a great host, really good communication and easy entry to the property. Having a secure carpark space was also good as we had a hire car. We stayed in August so the pool was too cold to use, the kids tried but as it's unheated it was just too cold. The gym is pretty dated and doesn't look like it's been used in a while and the sauna wasn't working, which was a shame. The location of Kangaroo point is residential, there isn't alot going on there but it was easy to get on a boat and head along the river to Southbank where there are alot of restaurants. The walk along the river is also nice, but with the kids it took about 40 mins.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at this property on the first part of our Australian vacation. I really enjoyed this property due to a number of factors: great location, very clear and detailed check in process, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, Mimi was a great host. We would definitely stay at this property in the future if we are lucky enough to be back in Brisbane.

Girls weekend away

Property is in rhe most ideal location...use the ferry hopper to travel...fresh seafood 400m away..shops cafes at your doorstep. Propery just perfect and a great pool with friendly residents. Can't recommend enough.
