great property for a weekend with my girl friends. Great location with beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen with lots of utensils and basics you require for cooking and coffee etc. Very clean property and spacious for a group.

Maria is a great host very helpful and communicative. The unit is ideally located with Story Bridge Hotel, Momo, 3 Little Birds, etc all within walking distance and a short hop over the walk bridge to CBD.Worth a look and you won't be disappointed

We loved our stay here. The apartment sits right on the Brisbane River, and the balcony view was the highlight. Watching the boats go by with the Story Bridge lit up nearby was a real treat, and so was breakfast out there with the river below. The BBQ on the balcony was a nice extra.There's plenty of room, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so nobody was fighting over the shower. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the Wi-Fi and Netflix were handy after a long day out. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, which made it easy to settle in.We could walk almost everywhere. The new pedestrian bridge takes you straight into the city in a few minutes, and the Story Bridge Hotel is just around the corner. Howard Smith Wharves and the Botanic Gardens are an easy stroll, and the riverside boardwalk is right outside. Cafés and a bakery are nearby too, and the secure parking bay was handy.The building's pool and gym were a bonus, and the complex was quiet.We'd happily come back next time we're in town, and would recommend it to families or groups wanting a comfortable base close to everything in Brisbane.

The apartment was nice four our family of five adults so we could spread out. A parking spot is included if you have a car. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The host was easy to work with.

We so enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient to everything and the view was breathtaking. Mimi was very communicative and graciously allowed our request for a late check out. Everything was clean and just as described and pictured. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was perfect for us.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and general condition of this property were well below what we expected from paid accommodation.The bathroom and shower were particularly concerning. We found visible mould, hair and what appeared to be fecal matter in the shower/bathroom area. Furniture was noticeably stained, the floors were badly scratched, and the high chair provided was broken, making it unsuitable for use.More concerning from a safety perspective, the fire detection system appeared to be obstructed by a significant build-up of dust and fluff. This did not give us confidence that the property was being properly inspected and maintained between guests.There was also a sign instructing guests to clean the property themselves. Given the condition in which we found the accommodation, this raised concerns for us about the standard of cleaning between stays and whether professional cleaners are being used.Overall, the property requires a thorough professional clean, better maintenance and attention to safety before we could recommend it to other guests. The level of cleanliness we encountered was unacceptable for paid accommodation.

We’re sorry this guest was unhappy with their stay. We take cleanliness, maintenance and guest safety very seriously and would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The apartment is professionally cleaned between every stay. Guests are simply asked to wash any dishes they use and take their rubbish to the designated bins when checking out. The smoke detector referred to in the review was an old, decommissioned unit and was not part of the apartment’s current fire detection system. The complete fire detection system was replaced in June 2026 and is compliant. The material described as “what appeared to be fecal matter” was not fecal matter. We also identified a cracked high chair following this stay and replaced it immediately with a brand-new one. We have reviewed the cleaning and maintenance feedback with our team and will continue to ensure the apartment is presented to the standard our guests expect.

we only had 3 days in Brisbane the house was perfect to get a feel of the city. easy access to buses, trains and the ferry's. neighborhood was great, walking distance to store, bakery and restaurants.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at this property on the first part of our Australian vacation. I really enjoyed this property due to a number of factors: great location, very clear and detailed check in process, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, Mimi was a great host. We would definitely stay at this property in the future if we are lucky enough to be back in Brisbane.

Girls weekend away

Property is in rhe most ideal location...use the ferry hopper to travel...fresh seafood 400m away..shops cafes at your doorstep. Propery just perfect and a great pool with friendly residents. Can't recommend enough.

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats pass by on the river. This is a great location, very convenient for everything. The ocvommodation was spotless, cool in the heat, and had everything we needed. Mimi was very helpful and responsive.
