Relax in this fabulous 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 1 carpark Apartment in Brisbane City. Take in the amazing views of the River from our spacious balcony and enjoy the comfort and luxury amenities the apartment has to offer. The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom with huge king bed, en-suite and direct access to the spacious balcony, a second bedroom with king bed and a third bedroom with 2 king single beds.



The Space:

The apartment is a 3 bedroom family apartment in a quiet complex right on the Brisbane River with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and an open-plan kitchen & living area with views to the Brisbane River. It is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment with quality appliances and finishes. The apartment is perfect for families or travelling business men and women who need space but would like to be close to everything. There are plenty of amenities for children aged from infants to older age. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests - maximum 8 adults, 1 infant and 1 small child. Important Information: Please note the available bedding is subject to the number of people on the booking.

This spacious area is fully air conditioned, has a large sofa and two armchairs, an entertainment unit with smart TV, a spacious dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with combined freezer, plates, pots, glasses, mugs, cutlery and additional amenities

- Main bathroom with step free shower

- En-suite bathroom with step free shower

- Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, washing detergent, basket & pegs, iron, iron board and clothes line

- Large spacious balcony overlooking the River with greenery, fairy lights and outdoor couch creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy your holiday or getaway

- It is right next to Eagle Street and the River, steps away from Riverwalk, short walk to Queen Street, Supermarket is just downstairs

Guests have access to the entire home as well as the common spaces, like complex pool, spa, BBQ and gym



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a few meters from the waters edge. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf's precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.



Getting Around:

Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabba’ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.

Tennis court: please bring your own equipment if you would like to use the tennis court

Wow the view

Had a great stay at this property. There were 6 adults and 2 small children and the apartment was big enough for all of us. The apartment is very clean and the pick up of the keys was easy. Communication with Eniko was excellent

Check in was a bit rocky, but was likely because I was travelling for work and they placed the booking and had a couple people involved. Host was very attentive and quick to respond to inquiries. They reached out to ensure we were comfortable and worked with us when we had an early checkout. The apartment was clean and stocked with the appropriate amenities within reason. Location was great, view of the river, street not too busy when coming and going with a vehicle. People in the building were friendly. Would book again if traveling back to Brisbane.

The apartment is lovely (except for dirt around microwave). However the day before check-in I was told I'd have to pick up the keys at a 7/11 quite a distance away. No good unless you have a car. It's also in an area with half-way homes and when I returned the keys there were men drinking there at 10am on a Monday morning. Not safe at all, especially as I had my young daughters with me. Who makes up these rules that you have to pick up keys from far away and return them otherwise you get fined and they hold your credit card details? I wasn't told this when I booked. If you didn't have a car you'd be terrible inconvenienced. I also had to beg for a code to be sent to me at 3pm check-in and was informed it had already been sent to me. I certainly did not receive it and didn't appreciate having to beg for the code from a person I'd already had lots of trouble dealing with in the first place. The bins are emptied in the street at 5am on a Monday and it was incredibly loud. I wouldn't recommend staying on a Sunday night - the noise is astonishing. I would not return. It's certainly a nice view but not worth the price.
