Four bedrooms and three bathrooms ensure you and your family have plenty of space to move about and enjoy the apartment.
Granite countertops and premium appliances provide luxurious touches, as do the complex amenitiesâa sauna, pool, gym, and 16-seat theatrette.
Two parking spaces in the garage ensures you always have somewhere safe to park, though you might want to leave the car behind and go for a stroll along the river.

Getting Around:
Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 2 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabbaâ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.
Other Things to Note:
A convenience store and a number of cafes, restaurants are just downstairs.
