Located close to the Fort Myers Beach Pier and in the heart of Times Square, this unique space offers 2 bedrooms and will accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a full size bed. Enjoy the brand new walk-in shower, large picture window in the living area, a dining area and all new kitchen! Guests can expect modern and cozy decor with free WiFi and a TV in the living area. Enjoy the sunsets from your private balcony! Need more space? Enjoyed our stay

We were very pleased with the place, it would have been nice to be able to park in front of our place, but where they had us park was not bad. Be aware there are alot of steps to bring everything up for your stay.

Location is Perfect

You have views of the gulf. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apt was clean and very nice. Only issues i had was living room ac wasnt keeping up with the heat outside, room was cool but not cold. Bedroom ac worked perfect. Would stay here again.

Beach getaway

The location is ideal if you want to be close to the beach. You are in the middle of Margaritaville traffic. You are in a busy street but everything calms down after 9pm. It is quiet at night. We stayed 3 nights. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. There is construction all over the island from the hurricanes. The property next door is a vacant lot. The manager was super accommodating and everything worked out great for us! Highly recommend!

Construction zone

Was able to get a partial refund as the business below (not disclosed) was in full construction mode (not disclosed). Stayed 2 nights and was highly disappointed with paint & primer fumes and construction noises up into the night. Thankful that the management gave us a fair refund for the nights we did not stay. It appeared as though the other renters left as well. These rentals should not be rented while this is going on!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our Labor Day Weekend at this rental. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Spacious apartment with nice living room and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. I wished the AC cooled a little better but we used the fans in the closet and that worked for us. We would stay again!

Location location location!!

This is our second time at this exact condo because the location can’t be beat!! It has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and is steps away from the shops, bars and restaurants.

Close to restaurants!

The location was great as far as walking to shops and restaurants however, there was construction going on in front of and on the side of the property. You can see the ocean across the busy busy street but once the building goes up in front of it it will block all view of the ocean. The place was clean all but the ants on the counters in the kitchen. We booked this for 4 people but the other two couldn’t come. It would have been very small for 4!

would have liked a place that the AC worked as intended, and clean with all amenities

Location was not described as being near a large construction site which rattled the foundation of the building during the day. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for a location that accommodated 5 people Air conditioner was barely working on a 90 degree day. Curtains were closed to keep the heat out, which meant we had no view of the ocean. When calling the property manager or host, it was a very slow respond. actually, on day one we did not get a call back, and on day two, they came to the site as we were checking out. Air-conditioner was barely working. When needing to call the property manager they were slow to respond the on day 1 and on day 2 they came to the site as we were checking out. Cleaning lady had no toliet paper to refresh our supply and was very quick to respond with "please talk to the manager".

Hi Jeanne, I'm sorry that the property was not up to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the Margaritaville construction across the street. No previous guests had complained about it, so we did not realize it was an issue. Our welcome message that you received states that we only supply a starter amount of paper products, and should you need more during your stay, you will need to purchase it or bring it with you. We supply one roll per bathroom. In your review, you mention that communication with us was slow. We did not receive any messages via VRBO nor did we receive any phone calls/voicemails from you prior to the morning of your departure. At that point, it was too late to offer any remedies for your issues. Had you contacted us sooner, we would have tried to work with you to make your stay more enjoyable.

We originally booked a 2 bedroom for 2 nights but needed 3 nights so the owners found us another 2 bedroom that was in the perfect location. Great to work with & the location couldn’t have been any better.

Close to everything!

We didn’t even turn on our car after we arrived at the Ocean Jewel. It could not have been more convenient to the beach and Times Square. It was such a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Looked exactly like the photos, incredibly clean. We are already thinking about how soon we can return. Thanks so much!

Centrally Located and Spacious

This property was definitely centrally located with many restaurants and beach access points within walking distance. It was about 40 minutes from RSW but the round trip Uber from the airport was cheaper than renting a car for the length of our stay and you truly do not need a car rental if you plan to stay local. The host was quick with answering questions and very accommodating, our flight wasn’t until the evening and the host did their best to accommodate our needs until then! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had several important amenities such as an ice maker, filtered water, and shower toiletries. The balcony was also a great place to spend down time since it was shaded and had a table and two chairs. The provided beach towels really made packing much lighter as well. When I come back to the Fort Myers area I will surely rent this Vrbo again. It was an amazing stay!!

Great for walking to everything

We had a great time in Fort Myers Beach, the condo that we rented was right in the middle of all the action, surprisingly little road noise considering. You pay for location but it’s worth it.
