Tan Lines is a charming Key West-style cottage ready to welcome you for your next coastal escape. The main living area, located one flight up, is decorated in soft coastal hues of grey, blue, and white, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen features new appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals—or take a short stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and bars in the Pier area.

The cottage comfortably accommodates guests with a king master bedroom offering an ensuite bath and balcony access, a guest room with a queen bed, and another guest room with two twin beds, balcony access, and an ensuite walk-in shower. The covered deck off the living room is perfect for dining or unwinding after a beach day. Downstairs by the pool, you’ll find a shaded tiki area ideal for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining. **There is no access to the downstairs interior. Access is limited to the upstairs only. There is a laundry area located outside of the covered area.**

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Welcome back to Fort Myers Beach! While our island is undergoing reconstruction, our homes have been renovated or rebuilt. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.

Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation.

We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
