Having been recently refurbished, the unit offers a modern interior with comfortable furnishings, accommodating a family of 6.

Within a short walk you will find the Kings Beach boardwalk boasting breathtaking views, the coastal pathway, spacious parklands perfect for a picnic, children's playground, free-use BBQ's, cafes and restaurants, as well as the Caloundra cinema & much more. Happy Valley is only a 3 minute walk away and is well known for it's crystal clear waters throughout most of the year and a great spot for surfers and paddle boarders as well as swimming and relaxing on the beach.

Located on the 1st floor with approx. 6 stairs (from the road level). There are about 10 more stairs from the garage if you walk up that way.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Parking
Single lock up garage, not suitable for larger vehicles. There is however a space directly in front of the garage which you can park in if required.

Great getaway

We stayed a week in the winter school holidays and loved the convenient location (close to shops, beach, markets, bus, cinema). Clean and comfortable, well appointed kitchen, laundry facilities. Everything has been thought of. We were warm and had a great family holiday.

Cosy beach stay

A homely beach holiday feel apartment, with a comfy couch, smart tv entertainment, fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed for a week stay. Location is great, moments to the beach and walking distance to the main shops in town. The garage was in a tight spot, we were not able to use it with our bigger car. Happy with the cleanliness on arrival. Thanks!

Easter Break

Lovely little unit - a bit tired but value given price point. Very clean and short walk to beach. Check in instructions hard to get hold of, only realised needed own sheets too late and not even a dish towel provided. Had to phone twice to get address and key pick up location - would be easier if holiday place just messaged the instructions directly on the app.

Very well priced and veryconvenient

This is a lovely appartment in a wonderful location. The only reason why I did not give five stars was that the place was very damp - it has been a very wet year on the Sunshine Coast, and the dampness had made its way into the mattress and bedding and was there for most of our stay. I think a dehumidifier in the bedroom - though not cheap- would probably sort the problem, in drier times this would have been perfect for the price..

Our stay was great. Good location. Great property and pricing is affordable. Cleanliness needs attention. Floors left our feet black. Needs a good mopping.
