Nicely decorated 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom. Enjoy a full kitchen, Flat screen TVs with a firestick, cable and an Amazon Dot, 200 MB internet access with a fold out desk for remote workers and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom offers a cozy king size bed. The loft provides a queen and a bunk bed, perfect for the whole family! Updated bedding (pillows, mattress toppers, and comforters) is Brooklinen. The living room offers an electric fireplace insert, a nook reading spot with bench seating and dining area for 4 with additional bar seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. An enclosed balcony offers some extra hang out space to enjoy the Winter wonderland around. The complex has a attached mudroom with gear storage, garage parking for one car (garage clearance is 7' 3"), Jacuzzi, pool (summer months only), and laundry room. 1 mile to Eagle Lodge, 1.5 Miles to Canyon Lodge, 5 miles from Main Lodge and conveniently located close to the yellow shuttle, perfect for getting around town! This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Cozy, quiet condo in a perfect location. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking - from pots, pans, cooking utinsels, coffee maker etc. The pool and hot tub were great.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the wifi didn’t work, on top of that a dead rat or something died in the wall and it smelled so bad... on top of that the upstairs shower has no water pressure to shower.

Outdated and unkept

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is due to the management company. They were very kind and responsive to the many calls I had to make about things broken in this condo. I do not recommend this condo. Management has yet to respond to me since we left. So I do not recommend them either. Now for the condo, it smelled terrible. The linens weren’t cleaned. In fact when I went to wash our clothes I found the duvet cover to the master bedroom in the washer. The cleaning service forgot to take it out. So it was in the washer wet for two days, it smelt terrible, There was no working WiFi the first night. TV did not work due to no WiFi. That was fixed the next day but it was still spotty at times. The fireplace was broken. Maintenance came to fix it, they said it was fixed. It was for about 10min. after they left then it stopped working again. Coffee machine doesn’t work correctly, a large piece of plastic was falling/hanging off the microwave door, the dishwasher was coming off its hinges and falling out the cabinet wall, a shelf in the bathroom was coming out the wall, the listing says it has trash bags…it did not. The red chair in the living room is old, smelly and broken, the red couch is broken, stained and just an overall cheap uncomfortable couch. Another odd thing is the TV is placed so high on the wall that you get neck pain trying to watch the TV. The beds are horrible. So uncomfortable and pillows are flat. This place is outdated, not clean and falling apart.

Nice Cabin Close to The Slopes

Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great location close to the slopes only a few minute drive away. Having two parking passes really came in clutch. The hot tub was really nice as well. Very clean inside and out. Only complaints were that there is no functioning WiFi in the apartment as advertised, the red couch pictured is completely broken and sagging in the middle, and the water pressure on the upstairs shower is basically so weak it is unusable. Recommend that the property manager fixes these before continuing to rent the listing.

Mammoth Reservations Mouse and Feces

We initially thought the place was decent and clean, but after getting into our rooms and unpacking, we found a dead mouse in the bathtub of the bathroom off the main living area, mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinet where pots and pans were stored, and droppings around the perimeters of almost all the rooms. We immediately called the front office of Mammoth Mountain Reservations that morning who assured us they would send a cleaning crew and maintenance through the place while we were away skiing for the day. After returning to the condo that evening, no one had come to remove the mouse or clean up the droppings. After talking with a kind lady at the front office, we were offered either a small reimbursement or to move to a new place, but both was not an option. We decided to move places which meant we had to pack up all of our things and drive a coupe blocks away. When we got to our new condo, it smelled strongly of bleach and cigarettes. I understand these places are mountain homes but I don't understand how these things could have gone unnoticed prior to our arrival. I am unsure of whether I would feel comfortable booking through Mammoth Reservations again.

Great cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable cabin that had good wifi! Cute cabin, with good water pressure, and all the amenities needed for a great stay. Only negatives was inner front door couldn't close properly due to frame getting bent most likely due to the amount of snow on the roof. The yellow line shuttle also wasn't running due to the narrow woods due to too much snow, so we ended up walking almost a mile to Eagle lodge. Who would of thought we'd be complaining about too much snow? Would definitely stay again!

Great condo

This wonderful condo is in great location with easy access to everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer. Cozy and well appointed, we enjoyed our stay there. The garage was a much appreciated bonus. It was easy to communicate with the management company and all communications were very pleasant. We would definitely choose this condo in the future.

Nice property cozy and warm and comfortable beds.

Challenging to say the least, not the properties fault, the weather was nuts. So much snow it was hard to do anything, garage was not 7”3 clearance so car got buried every day with heavy snow. Lucky we brought groceries or we may have had a much more difficult time. Could not access the trash can as it was buried in snow.

Winter vacation

Great place. Clean. Would stay again. The only thing was that we did not have wifi one entire day. The other thing was that the cleaning lady came in at 8 am and brought in her cleaning supplies into the unit without asking all while we were getting ready despite the checkout being 10am. Was kind of disruptive.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The couch is old and worn. Several items required maintenance such as the garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, tub faucet. Cleanliness was not at the level of expectations - especially during Covid times. Tub had hairs in it and did not look like it was cleaned. Kitchen is too small to accommodate more than 1 person at a time. Outdoor garbage bins were completely full - nowhere to put trash.

Comfortable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was very clean and well maintained. There was a snow storm during our stay which resulted in many of the slopes being shut down, so we weren't able to take advantage of the close location to the slopes. However, with the snow coming down, it was really great to have the entry space between the outside door to the front door of the unit to take off our boots and jackets before entering the unit. The rental uses a pellet fireplace, which was new to us. But there were very helpful instructions, as well as plenty of pellets provided with the rental. We also really appreciated the availability of an enclosed garage, particularly given the snow storm. It isn't a large garage but it fit our large SUV, with us having to be creative with getting out of the car once we parked it in. In the ktichen, we would have liked to see more cookware/bakeware, such as more baking sheets or casserole dish and utensils. But we did fine with what was available. Overall a comfortable stay and great location - walking distance to the village and the gondola.

Very homey feel

Great cabin!

Place was perfect and conveniently located. Thanks so much for having us. One thing I will say is that the wifi does not work at all. I was able to connect but it’s upload and download speed was almost nonexistent. I ended up going to a coffee shop to get some work done. Wasn’t a huge deal, but maybe look into it for the next guest. Place was great, thanks again.

Great little condo

We stayed with my family of five and it was perfect. The three kids slept in the loft comfortably and the bedroom was great. Well-stocked with the kitchen essentials... we cooked and stayed in all three nights. Two bathrooms and a washer/dryer make it family-friendly.
