Enjoy this comfortable 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Conness building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk, twin on top and twin trundle. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. could have been better...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was lacking so much:- The largest frying pan was 10"- No cookie sheet- No salt at all- Pots, pans, appliances were all beat and generally not in great shape All plugs were worn out, so they wouldn't even stay plugged in. This was true all over the placeThe fridge froze food in the back and was not even turned up to cold Upstairs shower leaked into the toaster in the kitchen, not ideal

Nice place!!

Conveniently Located to Eagle Lodge but Unit Outdated

As described, unit was walking distance to Eagle lodge, no need to drive or take bus. However, the unit is in need of update, carpet and paint. Also, bathroom rugs were dirty and should be replaced (small expense). Bunk beds upstairs are at best for young children, especially top bunk (squeak anytime you move). I would look for another place next time I book stay in Mammoth.

Hi Jerry, We will be glad to update the carpet and paint (along with some new rugs!). Usually, we do this type of work during the summer. As for the bunk beds, sometimes our maintenance can fix squeaking issues, so if you come to stay again, please let us know at the beginning of your stay and we'll be happy to come to the condo and fix what we can! Very outdated and old

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos make the apartment look much nicer than it is. It's very old, dark and run down. There was a strong odor when we walked in and it never went away. While things looked clean, everything was just very old and dated. We did have a roof leak in the master bedroom which caused us to leave early. Water was leaking through window directly onto an electric wall heater which posed a danger. The loft upstairs is NOT for smaller kids. The bunk bed is squished right next to a short wall that if your child makes one wrong move climbing down, they could fall onto the lower floor about 12 feet down. Very dicey. They reimbursed us for half a day because of the leak. Management was responsive and the wall heaters in the main living areas worked well. Appreciated the covered parking as well.

Luckily, Ii found a brand new, unopened box with a new coffee pot in it There weren't even hangers in the closet for our clothes. If you're going to rent out your unit. care enough to make it nice for your renters.

Great place for a brief respite

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although it was a little hard to find at first we finally got to the condo and were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Had to plug in the modem for internet. The beds upstairs were great tho hot in the summer. The master bedroom was also good and a pullout in the living room gave more sleeping space. The kitchen is small but works well and well stocked. All in all a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good and walking distance to eagle lodge. The unit was very dated and run down (Ex. Run down furniture, cracks in ceiling, etc). Unfortunately the internet didn’t work at all from the second day on, toilets kept running, and one of the heaters downstairs didn’t work. Good location but would look for a different place to stay next time.

Great Location, not fancy

Cute place, great with kiddos. Loft fun for them. As usual, pull out bed pretty uncomfortable. Parking great. If you stay, you can enjoy spa very close by.

Comfortable place, everything as described. Super close to Eagle Lodge

Really enjoyed our stay. Underground parking was greatly appreciated but only with 1 guaranteed spot. Would stay again.
