The house was clean and had all that we needed. We appreciated that there was an iron we could use as we were attending a wedding. Cristi was quick to respond with any questions. Loved all the little notes and helpful pieces of information around the house. We would definitely stay here again. My family all agreed that this was one of the best VRBO’s that we have stayed in!

Would definitely recommend this well appointed two-bedroom unit with thoughtful items included (abundance of outlets for charging phones, iPads, etc.). Kitchen was well stocked with nice extras of coffee, cream, sugar, and paper plates/cups. Although the property is adjacent to a fairly busy street, owner has incorporated acoustic wall panels; provides ceiling fans and sound machines in each bedroom to help occupants enjoy a restful night of sleep.

Great Stay

It was a great place to spend our vacation at. The backyard was a great area to hang out after a day of hiking. It was nice that the place had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and so many more amenities. The place was very easy to find and very accessible.

Great stay!

The property was fantastic - clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner was great! We contacted her to know that someone had broken the cornhole boards prior to us being there, and she had her son bring over a new set! We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in town.

Lovely place convenient to exploring!

We had a wonderful stay here! While it's slightly on the outskirts of Loveland, the location was ideal for exploring Boulder, Estes Park, RMNP, and Fort Collins. It was so cozy, with all of the amenities. And after staying at an Airbnb with only one bath for five people prior to this stay, the extra half bath was especially nice. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and after days of driving, walking, etc, my kids were only to happy to curl up and relax on the sofa to watch TV. The backyard space was also amazing for them. We picked up a cheap playground ball to let them play in the back yard, but it was awesome that the owners also had cornhole to take outside as well. Overall, highly recommend!!

Perfect for what we needed. Great host. Had a minor plumbing issue and plumber was there within 20 minutes to fix the problem. Will stay there again when we come back to Ft. Collins area!
