You and your family can relax and unwind as your cares melt away in this comfortable, beach style abode featuring natural lighting throughout, large open spaces, modern furnishings and a peaceful and private yard with plenty of room for the kids to burn some energy. Situated only 2 minutes direct level walk to the sparkling white sands of Umina Beach, this delightful and beautifully presented home would make the ideal holiday retreat. Master bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a tri-bunk

Only a short walk from the beach and cafe also a short walk or drive to the local shops! Property itself is very comfortable for a family offering everything

Great stay in Umina

One of the best we have stayed in. Plenty of room for 4 adults, with quality fit out. The outdoor shower was magic after spending time at the beach, and the ducted air conditioning was such a relief during recent heatwave. Great location being so close to beach and shops. Highly recommend.

Great place for families

Easy to collect keys. Good location- short walk to the beach and to the local shops. Kitchen area somewhat small but has everything you need. Loved the outdoor deck, spent most nights out there with the family. The chairs outside aren’t terribly comfortable after sitting for long periods but that didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Would highly recommend.

Mara Bello 3 night stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Mara Bello. Location is great, with short stroll to beach, cafes and parks. Plenty of space, secure parking and facilities within the property. Only issues which we found where minor. I.e Mould in the shower grout, and bbq was not very clean. But otherwise house was clean and tidy.

Everything was as described. Easy booking, check-in and check-out. Fit 8 adults comfortably with plenty of room to park our 4 cars.

Great Family Holiday House

Mara Bello is a great house to stay with family. The house is spilt in two seperate areas to easily accommodate two families. Great amenities, close to the beach and the Main Street for shopping. The entire house is fenced making it perfect for families with young children and driveway space so kids can ride bikes safely in an enclosed space.

Great location and well presented property.

Great location and very easy access to the beach and playgrounds. Also close proximity to shops and the town centre. Clean and spacious holiday home for 1 or 2 families. Could be better to have a bigger size bin as it was already almost full when we came in. Also to make it clear to renters if they should be taking the bins out. Someone came in and took them out and told us we should have taken them out although we weren't aware. Other than that, would recommend and we'll be back.

Perfect Location

House location was perfect.. stroll to the beach and Cafe. We had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy...the house layout, cleanliness and amenities were very well thought out. Definitely stay here again.

Hopeless

Staff had extremely negative attitudes and were rude, argumentative and prepared with all the reasons why they were right and we were wrong, regardless of the facts. Made us feel like it was a privilege to rent their property, and when we notified them both tanks of bbq gas were empty so we were unable to use the bbq upon checkout, they said “oh, well get them filled for you.” Was also a little surprised that a caretaker was on site walking around on several different days. understand they took the bins out, just would have appreciated a heads up as we were unaware we were not alone.
