The condo is 2 blocks from Duval in a quiet and well maintained community. At this point in time most condos are renting for a minimum of 28 days. This condo is one of the few that has the transient’s license to rent for the week. The host was very responsive to any of the questions we had. It’s great to rent a bike to see the island.

Excellent Location - Very Clean Facility

Excellent location to the action in Key West, plus a reasonable walk to KW beaches, etc. The condo has all the trappings to make it a great home-away-from-home. A modern and very clean facility.

Relaxing week at Cocktails & Dreams

We had a great week enjoying all that Key West has to offer. Our accommodations at Cocktails & Dreams delivered everything it promised. The apartment was very clean, full kitchen was great and location was convenient to beach, restaurants & shopping.

Place was so conveniently located we didn’t even need a bike. All the appliances to make stay easy, clean and bright!

Cocktails & Dreams

Cocktails & Dreams is the perfect location in Old Town Key West. It is close to everything but still very quiet. It is an updated 2 bedroom and one bath condo with two porches so you can enjoy the sun or find some shade. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked it for next year. You won't go wrong by choosing this location.

A great condo for Key West!

Everything about a recent stay at cocktails and dreams was great. The check-in process went smoothly. The check-in process went smoothly. The condo is well appointed and offers easy access to all of Key West’s major attractions. I would highly recommend this upstairs unit as I have heard that noise can be an issue with downstairs condos. We had no problems whatsoever with noise from other units. Would stay here again!

A much needed relaxation=Success!!

This property was exactly what we needed! Beautiful, bright with everything that you'd could ask for. It was close to everything! We rented a jeep, but only need a golf cart and/or the bikes. The two at the house were great! My boys loved venturing out solo checking out the keys! 2 more would've been perfect then they never would've gotten away from this pesky Mama! The owners are fabulous! I had an issue with my keycode getting in upon arrival and they reached out ASAP to get us in. We had driven in from Miami after a flight from VA and we were so tired. It was taken care of right away! I would definitely recommend and would LOVE TO RETURN as soon as possible. I think tears were shed because we had to leave. My only glitch was the master bed. My husband has back issues from the military and it was like the bed was missing slats. Like a hole in the middle. We both sunk in during the night. I hate to even mention it because everything else was fabulous. Ps, when checkout is at 10am, they mean it. The girls came right on in at 9:30!lol They left when they saw we were still there.

Coctails and Dreams

The place was lovely. It was very clean and the location is perfect. We love staying in the Shipyard. No complaints at all. Keurig coffee maket seemed to be malfunctioning so I used the other coffee maker.

Wouldn't recommend for seniors because of stairs. No TV instructions. Had to have manager come a few times to help. Manager accessible and quick to respond.

Paradise

Cocktails and Dreams is a fabulous condominium! Such a lovely, comfortable place. We loved our stay in Key West- truly Paradise! Everything about the condo and amenities is exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Vacation

Cocktails & Dreams exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and attractions. The bikes came in handy for grocery store runs. Amazing time at Cocktails and Dreams

We just spent an amazing week at Cocktails and Dreams. It was impeccably clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the location of being just far enough away from Duval, but close enough to walk. We enjoyed having 2 bikes to use and able to bike everywhere in Key West. Great location to Ft Zachary park and Truman Waterfront. A great place to walk in the morning. A safe neighborhood and very welcoming We had 2 teenage girls with and enjoyed walking to everything and having some freedom. It is also a a great place for any kids. It does have stairs that weren’t specified in the description but wasn’t an issue for us but be aware of you have problems with stairs. The management company/Scott and Tina were amazing hosts. We had a couple minor issues and they were resolved very quickly and around our schedules. The unit had everything you need to enjoy your vacation for a week or if your able to longer. Thank you again to the owners to opening up your place for us to use and the management company for your hospitality. Someday we will be back.
