One of the best condos we’ve stayed in. Spotless, great towels and plenty of them, even beach towels.The bed was amazing, I had back surgery in March and I feel better after 4 nights in that bed than I did before I got here.Kitchen was amazingly well fitted out Furniture was comfortable, view was beautiful.Location was convenient and covered parking was included.

Small, quiet beach but can walk a long way. Can walk a few places to eat if your a walker but there are uber and taxi.

This is a very pleasant 2BR condo. The accommodations are spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The balcony is exactly as pictured in the listing — overlooking Smathers Beach. Great spot for coffee every morning. Parking is covered, a big plus. The pool area is pleasant, with plenty of spots in the shade, if desired.Unfortunately, the timing of our stay coincided with the start of an extensive elevator project that was both disruptive (no elevator service) and loud, with jack hammers pounding through concrete. The property management apologized and worked with us re this unexpected inconvenience. They were great. Barring that hiccup, our stay was very nice and we would recommend this property. Word to the wise: Check the status of this large project before booking. It started in March 2026 and will be going on for quite a while.

Honeymoon

This was our honeymoon! We were supposed to go on a 10 day cruise but itinerary changed and we had to decide on where we were going to spend our honeymoon so we decided to do so in Key West, Florida. Our condo was perfect except for the construction going on at all times of the night. We had a beautiful, oceanfront view with a balcony. It was very clean, quiet and cozy! We don’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

We arrived Saturday after dark and had some difficulty finding our building and didn’t know where to park. Once we located the building we were fine and left the car in a parking lot. On Monday we contacted the on site office to learn the parking location.

Also had a cooler, umbrella, snorkeling gear, chairs and some suntan lotion. Kitchen had a kuerig and regular coffee maker with pods and coffee. Some spices and oil provided. Check before you go shopping if more needed. The view was amazing. Management was very helpful the couple days ahead of arriving for details. We will be back.
