This is our 10th trip to Key West. We have stayed at a VRBO property each time and have been very happy. This property, however, was the best of the best. The location is great for a first time visitor or a returning person. The property was spotless. The check in snd pre arrival communication was the best we have experienced with an open dialogue throughout. We will definitely return

A Comfortable Stay with Helpful, Attentive Staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by the wall color, which is a much softer, more relaxing green in person than the pictures portray. We almost decided not to book because the walls looked so green in the photos, so that was a welcome surprise.Overall, the accommodations were fine, and we especially appreciated how clean and unscented the washer and dryer were, despite being a bit loud. A couple of luggage racks would be a helpful addition. We did have one unexpected sighting of a very large water bug, which was unsettling and cost us some sleep. While the apartment itself was free of noticeable odors, cleaning products presumed stored in the front closet had a strong smell upon entry.The staff was professional and exceptionally helpful, notifying us that we had left an item behind and assisting us in retrieving it. We greatly appreciated their attentiveness and excellent service.

The unit itself was as advertised and the staff was very responsive. It’s not the unit for a family however. The hours the neighbors kept made sleep impossible.

We loved it there and we WILL be back! The parking slot with the condo saved us!!!! The condo was very clean and cute as it can be! Plenty of room for the two of us and our two fur babies. RIGHT OFF DUVAL is the perfect name for it. We loved that it was near the Cuban Coffee Queen as well. Super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We can't wait to return!

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Lots of fun things to do & see within walking distance. Parked the car and didn't use it until we left the Keys. Good communication with our host - she was friendly, patient, and dropped everything to help us out. Overall great first trip to Key West, and thankful we had a nice place to stay at the end of a busy day. As for the roosters - this place is definitely something to crow about!

Location was great. The gate didn't work the whole time we were there. I only knocked off a star for the level of requirements to perform when checking out - run the dishwasher, strip the beds, take the trash to the curb, etc. It's a bit much for 1k per night.

Great location off Duval close to everything. From other reviews I was worried about water pressure but I was happy to find that was not a problem. Clean comfortable place with Plenty of room for two couples. One room has some late night noise from nearby bars and the roosters will tell you good morning. The other room was so quiet are friends slept in every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be right downtown
