Poseidon's Perch is a one-of-a-kind luxury villa overlooking Salt River, Buck Island and beyond! Sip a drink by the pool while taking in the beautiful sea breeze or prepare a family meal in the expansive open concept kitchen. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Scuba gear drying hooks, snorkel gear, boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs available. Less than 20 minutes from one of the best beaches on island. Also, less than 20 minutes from restaurants such as AMA, Off the Wall and The Landing on St Croix's beautiful North Shore (Cane Bay). A 4-wheel drive or lifted vehicle is recommended for property access as the drive on our island roads can be challenging for a sedan. On site caretaker, available for assistance if needed. Your privacy will be very much respected at all times.

Overall a nice place to stay while on vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean but the studio apartment was not. A bit of a drive when going replaces but the views from the house were amazing. Overall we enjoyed the stay

Our family of 8 absolutely fell in love with this house. The location was perfect and the house was to die for! Jill was great and went above and beyond for us.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! We had zero negatives. It had the absolute best view on the island. Everything was perfect. Great communication from Jill! If you have any reservations about booking this place, don’t! You won’t regret it!

Beautiful property 👌 ❤️

Everything I could imagine and more. My family and I fell in love with the island. This home is the epitome of Island living . Really shows what Island living should be. Waking up here was like waking up in a dream every morning and the nights were just as magical. Felt like we were close to the stars. The 8 of us had a woderful time and the downstair apartment was a bonus for my eldest son and his girlfriend. The views are just amazing from every corner of this house. This house is spacious with good size bedrooms sprawling main bedroom with a beautiful on suite bath. Management was very responsive whenever we neede to reach out. Located in a safe beautiful neighborhood. Close to great snorkeling and amazing restaurants. One of our favorite food and drink spots was the little beach shack called Spartnet Beah Bar, live music beautiful sunsets and great entertainment with live bands.

Beautiful but problematic

A beautiful home to be in with amazing views. Although located further than advertised, the pool was divine and the kitchen equipped for family gatherings. If you are unfamiliar with islands, be sure to rent a proper vehicle. This driveway is very steep, a lifted vehicle is absolutely necessary for this property. The home capacity is 8 if you have the studio, the loft has no air flow and gets uncomfortably hot. The AC units are underpowered, be sure to turn them all on when you arrive and to ensure they are working. A warm shower was hard to come by but the bathrooms were clean. We had several issues throughout the stay. Despite paying for insurance, if anything doesn’t work you will be charged additionally. Again, beautiful property, could use better management.

Good Day, we value your feedback and are working on getting another split unit AC installed in the loft. The hot water issue has also been addressed, I wish I had been informed of this during your stay. The extra charge as you know was due to one of your guests pushing buttons on the Solar System and causing a full system shut down. We had to call our Team out to address this and other issues that were caused by someone in your group touching buttons on the solar. As this was an emergency of course there was a cost associated. Again, we value your feedback and really do hope you enjoyed your time at Poseidon's Perch.

Breathtaking Views

My family said the house was fantastic and was a wonderful place for them to stay and visit us on the North Shore in between all their vacation activities.

House with stunning views

The photos do not do justice. The view of this property is breathtaking which is the best feature of this property. There were five in my family which was ample space and had a wonderful relaxing time. I would advise renting a truck as the house is on the top of a steep hill. About 20 - 25 minutes to restaurants which was inconvenient at times. Luckily we didn’t mind cooking in. Cooked about 70% of the time. Property manager was really helpful and responsive. With our flight delay, she offered to grab some grocery to get us thought the night. She met us and lead us to the property. Hard to find on your own. Note that there is another couple living downstairs on the property which was fine with us but that was clear upfront until after we booked. Didn’t really notice them but did hear them driving in and out of the property. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay.
