Large 1 Bed, 1 Bath, On Intercoastal

Beautiful one bedroom one bath unit with 710sq.ft. of living on the coastal waters. This unit was taken down to the studs and built new in 2006. Kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless appliances. Other renovations include new impact windows and doors throughout, new plumbing, new electrical, drywall, crown molding, 20" tiles and more. Two covered parking spots included , rear patio to catch Westerly sunsets. Brand new A/C system installed in 2018. Small intimate waterfront complex with only 18 units offering a beautiful pool and lanai overlooking the water, a clubhouse, elevator, laundry facilities and common docks.

Spacious but Sparse

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. Unit could use a thorough cleaning. There is a musty smell in bedroom that comes and goes. No light fixture over dining table. Very sparse furnishings. One chair on balcony. One coach in living area, no end tables no seating for any guests. Had to buy oven mitts. Metal plate needs to be installed on door for lock which is a safety issue. Very sparse utensils especially for bbq. This was our home for a month. Felt we grossly overpaid. Cupboards and drawers were not checked or cleaned prior to our arrival.
