We had a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. Loved the convenience of walking to the shops and restaurants. The room was perfect, nice and clean, very nice decor. The kitchen could use an updated toaster and cookware. We really enjoyed this place and would definitely return.

First trip to Clearwater, FL

View is spectacular!!! Condo was nice. Kitchen and bathroom remodeled. Bedroom was SO noisy. The window is where the hallway is located and EVERY morning about 3 am sounded like chains banging on the ground, EVERY DAY. Bed was to hard for our comfort. The Murphy sofa was better than the bed in the bedroom. It was nice to be able to cook a few meals and have some seasonings pots and pans etc. very nice to have little sample bottles of soap, dish soap. A few more trash bags would've been nice. The biggest issue we had was the elevator was out the whole trip. They did make a discount for us, which was very kind but really stunk walking up those steps with groceries and luggage. Thankfully we were not on the top floor. Codes on the pool doors did not work great, so a lot of people would just prop them open. Would've been nice to have a hot tub and maybe bigger pool and more shaded areas as a family took up like 2 tables with shade every day. Overall, we would definitely go back being right across the street from John's Pass was nice. Cleaning company was there until 4 on the dot so would've been nice to have been able to get in a little sooner but we did stuff to occupy the time. Hard changing clothes in the public bathroom with kids and 100 degree weather. Was really cool to see dolphins and manatees every morning.

Great location, with a beautiful view of the gulf and John’s Pass across the street, in walking distance for browsing. Everything was fine with the apartment, but Unfortunately when we arrived we discovered that the elevator was down, thankfully the maintenance man on duty offered to carry our luggage upstairs. He told us that the elevator would be fixed “tomorrow” but it was down the entire time we were there. The property management was apparently unaware of the broken elevator- my advice, if you are planning to stay here, is to check and make sure the elevator has been repaired.
