Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the desirable Bradley on the Bay community! Enjoy the outdoor pool and the option to rent boat docks. Ideally situated just a few blocks from the Convention Center and directly across the street from the well-known Coconuts, where beachside food and drink service is available. This unit includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. Accommodates up to 8 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Great place to stay, only complaints were washer had mold in and on the rubber seal and smelled, was still able to use it and bath mats werent cleaned for our stay. Everything else was clean very nice condo just as pictured. Great location and pool was nice and clean as well. Easy check in and check out procedure and policy too.

Good location

Place was the perfect location for bike week! Literally right next to the convention center and all the vendors. Place was clean enough and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing I would complain about is that I wish you would state the size of beds and that the couches were pull out beds .. very nice place. Nice location.

Bed Bugs

After a 4-hour drive and arriving after 10 pm, I was extremely disappointed to find bed bugs in the trundle to the bunk beds. I was given a refund and did not stay. It's a shame, the place is a great location and price. However, no price is good enough for me to deal with bed bugs. Now I still owe my daughter a vacation and most places are already booked. Please be more mindful if you choose to continue to rent out your condo.

Bike Week

The property location was great, but the condo was not clean. Stains on the bedding and clothing from previous renters left in the bed under the quilt; which means the bedding was not changed/cleaned or that would of been removed. Tables were sticky, sliding glass door was filthy. Dish washer was filled with dishes. The property manager did send a cleaner after I let him know of the issues. Unfortunately, even after they came.. the same issues remained. So we just slept in our clothes on top of our blankets.

Bayside location with pool

Unit was dirty and not properly cleaned. We were without the use of 1 bathroom the second week because of a leaking shower floor which we reported upon arrival, but was not addressed until the 2nd week. Were told by rental agency that the place is only fully cleaned once a year, that's disgusting. Several kitchen drawers and 1 dresser drawer were broken. Shower curtain was filthy as was the washer with mold. Broken door handle on master bath door, not repaired. Found dirty socks, used toothbrushes and loofah's in the bathroom. Master bath had to be renovated while we were there, which meant we had to leave unit so workers could demo the bathroom for repair which inconvenienced us. Freezer leaked into the bottom forming an ice dam which was reported and corrected. Couldn't figure out the TV in master bedroom. Screen door on back porch was rusty and broken. Duvet covers and blankets had clearly not been cleaned. When paying this much for a vacation, the unit is expected to be cleaned properly, especially when part of the charges are cleaning fees. Units should be checked by appropriate personnel between renters to ensure to property is left in suitable condition. It is not the renters responsibility to report the condition of units or clean them, that is part what we paid for. Loved the beach, unit had plenty of places to hang towels and clothing and plenty of mirrors. Have rented in this complex before, but never had this type of experience with other units.

Nice location but not clean

The location is nice, convenient, and the management process was easy. We had an issue with the washer and they quickly fixed it. I wouldn’t recommend this rental because it wasn’t really clean. The carpets and couches were really stained. We kept our shoes on the entire time we were there. We had to put a blanket on the couche just to sit down.

Perfect spot

This was a really nice surprise. It faces the parking lot in the back but you get a nice view of the bay. Not even a 2 minute walk over to the beach. We went during car week so the road noise was a little much but not terrible. Could use some updates with the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again
