Cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, Fireplace was nice on chilly nights and overall we were very comfortable at this house.

Very well appointed home with everything you might need. The fireplace created a cozy warm atmosphere along with the ample throw blankets - keep in mind our visit took place mid-March.The folks that were our contact for the home were very helpful with check-in and check-out and available to us if needed,but because the house had everything we only needed them for in and out.The location is in the heart of everything. We were able to enjoy a few of the local restaurants that are open year round. We missed a couple of seasonal places but we were never short on places to eat and drink. I have to call out "Mikes" for breakfast as I had the best breakfast sandwich I have every had in my life. It was the farmer's sandwich and I can't stop raving about how good it was I hope you get the idea that we had a great time in spite of it being a short visit and it being the off season. This was a wonderful home and I hope this review will help you to decide on renting this gem!

This property has it all; location, comfort, and incredible charm. The kitchen is upgraded, there’s an easy to start fireplace in the living room which makes the home extra cozy, there’s a fabulous three season porch, and the beds are super comfy.Mary Beth, the owner, is very helpful and attentive. And to top it all off, we only used our car once during our four day stay because you have so much in easy walking distance from this property.We plan to stay again when we return.

Lovely retreat

We totally enjoyed our quiet getaway in Kennebunk. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Caught up with old friends, explored the coast, ate all the seafood.

Home away from home

We have stayed in this charming, beautiful home three times, and we are overwhelmed each time by how much we love it. The location is impossible to beat, the house is very child and dog friendly, and it just makes you feel so cozy and comfortable the entire time you’re there. We were very happy and comfortable in this beautiful cottage with so many little extras. I am a chef, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to make our meals. The short walk into town was perfect, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!
