The property was perfect for us. I was traveling with my elderly father so the bedroom and bath on the first floor made the stay quite comfortable.

Group of 7 senior citizens visiting Arizona for a week. The house was the perfect place for us. It had everything we needed. No hassle check in and out. Wonderful updated property. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for us to dine together and play cards. Comfortable beds. Nice patio with a grill. I would recommend this property.

The house was extremely clean and just as listed. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was nice to have a large clean garage to park in. Thanks for providing a garage remote for our use.

Beautiful, Quiet Location

My family stayed for an NAU graduation. We ended up sleeping a total of 9 and there was still plenty of room to spare. This VRBO home was exactly as described and just so charming. Great communication with the hosts and this marked another successful VRBO experience for us! Thanks so much!

The house is absolutely beautiful, everything works and is in good repair, it's in a great neighborhood and is in a convenient location.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great Property

We enjoyed this property. The home was accurately described in the VRBO listing, the kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A great neighborhood convenient to downtown Flagstaff. The house was not cleaned before our arrival and we did have to rent hotel rooms on our arrival night. The property manager informed us this was a one time unfortunate event and did respond quickly to have the home cleaned the following morning. We enjoyed the balance of our stay and recommend this property.

all good - only two suggestions. 1 - house isn't really on Burning Tree. Provide better instruction to turn on Tenderfoot circle/cul-de-sac. 2 - I golfed while there. Luckily someone told me to advise the golf course I was staying in a VRBO in the neighborhood and ask for the HOA discounted rate. I did. The golf course gave me the better rate for my group. I did not get that info from the homeowner or prop mgr.

Great location

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Close to downtown and the grocery store. Well stocked kitchen for meals at home, with a bbq on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a really nice stay at this place. It’s a quiet neighborhood, spacious for a big group, clean, comfortable beds, nice decor. The kitchen and baths were pretty well stocked although more washcloths and dish towels would be nice. Overall we were happy with it!

Flagstaff Stay

The property is pretty much as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well stocked, nicely furnished, comfortable and roomy. Only a couple of minor safety issues I would raise. There are many black widows in the garage. I killed at least 10! The owners should have their Maintenace service periodically spray the garage. We had young grandchildren with us, so I was concerned about this. The other item is that the dryer door handle protection is missing. So, when you go to open the dryer door, your hand is touching sharp metal. My daughter actually cut her finger on it while trying to open it. Other than these two items, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again or recommend it to our friends.

Great house, great neighborhood. We’d go back!

The house was perfect for our purpose, actually exceeding our expectations. It matched the pictures, but even better, it now has a propane grill! The house also was well-stocked, with all of the basic supplies in abundance. We sent the owners a couple of emails with quick questions, and we received friendly, helpful responses very quickly. They obviously care about their property and want their guests to have positive experiences. We definitely would rent this house again!

End of Summer Getaway

This was a great location to be in the woods without being too far from activities. Great house with lots of room for our combined family. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean

House is clean, good and quiet neighborhood and location. Owner is easy to teach via email . Our friends enjoyed our stay . Few comments the garage remote is control is not working and the thermostat has a code that we did not know so we are not able to control the house temp . The temperature at night is a little warm. Tried to leave a message to the owner but did not return my call.
