Beach Access Condo

Great location right on the beach with access to a lot that the beach has to offer. Great spot for a family getaway or a golf trip.

Great condo for a family

The condo was clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and anything else you need. It's about 44 steps to the beach. Parking was no problem. The pool area was clean and well maintained. It's in a quiet area, even though it's next door to one of the busiest hotels for nightlife. It's perfect if you have little ones, so you don't have to lug everything to the beach. Just run back and get whatever you need. Next time we come down, we will be staying here if it's available.

Just know what to expect

I hate to say this but there were a few things that went wrong with renting through BOOE realty. First they called us a few weeks before and told us we had to switch condos. We had reserved and paid in full for the one the we chose originally. We did not get a discount and the condo’s we were offered we not as nice as what we had paid for! When we checked in the comforter had an actual urine stain on it. It looked like from a dog. The condo also smelled like dog urine. The condo was somewhat clean, but the dishes were not. There was actual egg and food still on pots and pans when we went to use them. Silverware was dirty as well. The first morning the coffee pot was broken so we had to wait on someone to bring us a new one. We have stayed at these condos for years so we know what to expect renting through owners. The fact that you only get one parking pass for a TWO bedroom condo that sleeps 7 is ridiculous! Mistake on my part renting through this company. Lesson learned!

Firstly, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute switch of condos. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we acknowledge that the alternative condos offered did not meet your expectations. It was never our intention to compromise the quality of your stay, and we deeply regret that you were not provided with a suitable replacement or a discount. Regarding the issues you encountered upon check-in, particularly the condition of the comforter and the smell in the condo, we are truly sorry for this lapse in our cleaning and inspection process. This is not the standard we uphold, and we will be reviewing our procedures to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dishes are unacceptable, and we apologize for the inconvenience they caused during your stay. Rest assured that we will be addressing these issues with our cleaning team to prevent any reoccurrence. Regarding the parking pass policy, we understand your frustration and speak with the HOA as that is the complex policy and not ours. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make improvements to our services and policies. We deeply regret that your experience with Booe Realty fell short of your expectations, especially as returning guests. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future to provide you with the exceptional vacation experience you deserve. Not a fan

Compared to the other properties I have previously stayed in at A Place at the Beach 2 and 3, this property was substandard and very disappointing!! Very lacking in supplies and outdated! Having to pay for linens is ridiculous! I will say it was clean and we liked the first floor location! Definitely wouldn’t recommend too many nicer places to stay!!

My experience of staying at my place at the beach

I was disappointed that I had to supply my on beading and towels.also I wasn’t told that the swimming pool wasn’t open.
