This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.

This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping. Complimentary starter supplies are provided for the first day only and will not be replenished.

Starter supplies include:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom

We loved the condo! Unfortunately, we were only there for 3 nights and were so exhausted from the Universal Studios parks we didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Highly recommend this place! So close to the Universal Parks and great for us with 2 families.

The property is very nice. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The floor plan was perfect for my family’s stay. We had no problems. I would just recommend earplugs for any light sleepers because the walls are pretty thin.

Was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Much better than I expected. Didn’t use the pool because the weather was cold. The balcony was very nice but the view was the back parking lot not that I was interested in a view. We did quite a bit of grocery shopping but there really was no vacant or empty cabinets to keep things in so everything had to remain on the counter. I was surprised to see there was no pantry especially since these are privately owned. Not a big deal though or a deal breaker. All in all I would highly recommend it and would definitely use it again on my next trip.
