We had a great stay. Beautiful and spacious apartment that we enjoyed coming back to after a tiring day at the theme parks. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which we used most nights.

Perfect for families visiting Orlando

We had a great stay at Vista Cay! The location was perfect—just minutes from all the major theme parks, with a Walgreens and plenty of food options within walking distance. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo was exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed—kitchen essentials, laundry, coffee maker, towels, and more.The condo was right next to the pool, and while you can hear the daytime music from outside, it didn’t bother us at all. Gary was a great host—he provided helpful instructions and starter toiletries, which made settling in super easy.Highly recommend this place for families visiting Orlando!

My family and I were so impressed at the hospitality shown to us by Gary. He reached out to us to ensure we got into the condo without any issues. He was quick to respond to questions and checked in with us after that to see if there was anything else we needed. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely book with Gary again!

Amazing and spacious

We had an overall amazing stay. During the day we relaxed by the pool, and in the evening we checked out the restaurants all within a few minutes drive. The vacation rentals are spacious, and I highly recommend it over a hotel room any day. I give Vista Cay 5 stars.

Large 3 bedroom condo close to Convention Center and Universal Studios

We had a great stay at the Condo at Vista Cay. We made use of the heated pool during a very chilly January trip although we were the only ones in the pool. The location was ideal for our needs. There is a Publix and a Walgreens nearby if you need to pick up items that you may have forgotten. Parking is plentiful. The condo was clean. There are multiple televisions but we had some difficulty figuring them out. The WIFI is great. You may need to bring extra towels or rent extra towels as the towels are not extra large. 3 out of 4 of the mattresses were quite comfortable with one rated as less desirable. The master bedroom mattress was great. Overall, we were really happy with the condo and would gladly stay there again.

Disney/Universal Trip

This condo is in a quiet community, well positioned for Universal, slightly longer trip to Disney properties (15-20 min drive). Everything was very easy, a small issue did arise and it was handled very quickly - I wouldn’t have even mentioned it, but the management group reached out to me to make sure everything was going well, and it came up then. All in all, a great time at a nice property, would absolutely book again!

Me and my girls

The vista cay location was perfect for our vacation. It was close to Universal studios which was the park we wanted to visit and to the other great attractions. The unit was just as pictured with plenty of space for us to spread out when we needed but great living room area for us to spend time together. Gary our coordinator was excellent communicating often and checking in to make sure we were settled in. Excellent stay! I have told friends and family about it and I will stay here in future!

Excellent Property

We stayed at Vista Cay for 10 days late September early October. From the moment we booked the accommodation the communication from Gary was excellent. The apartment was excellent. Spacious, clean and exactly like the pictures. The location is brilliant too. Close to Universal and even closer to the new Epic Universe Park which is due to open in summer 2025. Disney is slightly further away but still within a 20 minute drive. Hurricane Helene hit whilst we were staying at Vista Cay. Although the hurricane didn't cause any severe problems in the Orlando area the barrier islands were badly impacted. On the morning we were due to check out of Vista Cay we were advised we couldn't travel to our accommodation at Clearwater Beach. Phoned Gary on the off chance he might be able to help and he confirmed we could continue to stay in the apartment until we were scheduled to travel to Miami. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely stay here again

A perfect resort

Vista Cay is a medium-sized resort with all of the amenities that one could ask for. Our host Gary Lobo was fantastic every step of the way from inception of the reservation to the final day.The unit my family called home while we were there, was spotless and very updated, convenient to the parks and other attractions. If you are heading to Orlando, I woul highly recommend Vista Cay Resort.

Great property with large rooms

This was a great location for family vacation and visit to Disney and sea world. Lobby and hallways of property always had pleasant clean smell. Unit had large rooms and it worked well for 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Host was responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Great location for visiting the parks

It was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to visit, Disney and Universal. Quiet location, clean and comfortable accommodations. The only negative is that I prefer to sleep in a cold house and the recommended temp was 74°. Lovely place and would stay again in the winter.
