Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you mentioning the beauty of the condo. We’re sorry if the supply process caused any inconvenience during your stay. Many standalone condos do not offer replacement supplies once guests arrive, and we provide complimentary replacement items at our Welcome Center as an added convenience for our guests. While this service is appreciated by many, we understand it may not align with every guest’s expectations. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Cory, we are delighted you and your family enjoyed your stay in our condo. We hope some fantastic, unforgettable, family memories were made. Thank you for mentioning the state of the condo, we appreciate you noticing. We look forward to your next visit!

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the beautiful décor, stunning sunrise views, clean linens, and the complimentary beach tent. We're so glad the beach tent helped make your trip more enjoyable. We also appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. During your stay, there was an unexpected area-wide power outage that affected much of South Padre Island. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control and temporarily impacted both electrical service and internet connectivity. Once power was restored, the internet returned shortly afterward as well. Thank you for letting us know about the dryer. Since your stay, our maintenance team has serviced the unit and completed a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent to ensure it is operating properly. We have also addressed the additional maintenance items you mentioned, including the master bedroom fan and light, and have shared your feedback regarding the bathroom vents and outdoor furniture with the homeowner as part of our ongoing improvement process. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that, overall, you enjoyed your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on your next visit to South Padre Island.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We have since checked and adjusted the dryer venting, and the fan in the master bedroom has been corrected so it can operate independently of the light. We’re glad to share that both issues have been fully resolved. It was a pleasure hosting you. This condo is one of our highest-rated properties, and we’re excited to welcome future guests and continue providing the 5-star accommodations we’re known for. If your travels bring you back to South Padre Island, we’d be happy to host you again.

Thank you, Meredith, for sharing your experience at our condo. We're delighted to know you had an enjoyable stay, we appreciate your 4-star rating. Sorry about the pillows and lock, please keep in mind we have a 24/7 Guest Service available to help with situations such as this. We hope those issues were promptly correctly for you. Thanks for reiterating the need for beach towels, we take care of towels in the bathrooms and kitchen, but you'll want something for the beach. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, we'd be happy to host your next South Padre Island getaway.

Thank you so much for this fantastic 5-star review, Patsy! We appreciate the feedback on the chairs, that's a great idea, we'll pass along to the condo association. Thank you for treating our condo so respectfully, we hope to host you again in the future.
