Charming mountain themed décor pairs with the necessities from home and added bonus amenities to enhance your visit and ensure that your group has the vacation of a lifetime here.

Enter into the ultra comfortable open floor plan main room with gorgeous hardwood floors and knotty pine vaulted ceilings that pair perfectly with the big open windows to provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and treed mountain views where you can enjoy watching the snow falling in the winter months. Snuggle up together on the cozy couches as you warm your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and pop on a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. Quick Trip
Over all the property was nice. Inside was clean and well furnished, out side was a bit run down. Not a single hanger in any closet. The kitchen had a good selection of cookware and dishes but nothing extra like cooking oil , salt, pepper, plastic wrap or foil . First rental I’ve ever had with completely bare cabinets. I’ll good back but will be better prepared

Great little cabin with the basics
Great little cabin. We have no complaints other than our own which are our fault. The master bedroom bed was a full or a queen (small) and we wer uncomfortable because it wasn’t a king bed. But we knew it had a small bed in there. If you upgrade your place, I would suggest a king bed for that room and a frame that isn’t as squeaky. The only other small issue was that the garbage disposal disintegrated work, but aside from that we had a great stay, everything we needed, tv, jacuzzi … it was great. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay with one exception. Unfortunately the property was a bit dirty. *broken knob on dryer *corners filled with dog hair and dirt. *couches full of dog hair.

Excellent Property for Ski Trip
This house was a great place to stay for 2 families with kids. The home was nice and had plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. It is very close to snow summit and made it easy to get back and forth to the slopes.

Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.
