Amenez votre famille et vos amis le long d'une escapade tropicale au Costa Rica! Ce condo situé en bord de mer à Jacó offre un accès à une piscine commune, à une plage à proximité et à de nombreux magasins et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied.

Cette maison en bord de mer pour six personnes vous place à quelques minutes des sables jaunes et des douces vagues du Pacifique, que vous pourrez admirer depuis votre balcon privé. En plus de la plage et de la piscine commune du Croc's Casino Resort, Jacó regorge de restaurants à essayer!

Prenez dans le décor éclectique et lumineux, ambiance animée du canapé moelleux du salon. Vous êtes juste à quelques pas de l'ameublement du grand balcon. Après avoir admiré le coucher du soleil, l'étape à l'intérieur et profiter de la télévision par câble à écran plat et un lecteur DVD!

Les appareils de la cuisine en acier inoxydable en font un grand espace pour la cuisson. Vous pouvez dîner avec vos amis et votre famille aux places du bar du petit-déjeuner pour quatre personnes, ou sortir et vous détendre en prenant des collations et des boissons sur le balcon. Un gril à gaz est également disponible.

Six personnes peuvent profiter des deux chambres de cette maison, chacune offrant beaucoup d'espace et d'une télévision à écran plat privée. Entre le lit king-size de la chambre principale et le lit king-size de la deuxième chambre, chacun passera une bonne nuit de sommeil - et pourra se réveiller avec une douche dans la salle de bain privative ou dans la salle de bain commune située dans la cuisine! De plus, il y a un canapé-lit pour deux autres invités.

Après avoir démarré un peu de lessive, utiliser le WiFi pour planifier quelque chose d'amusant. Vous avez beaucoup de choix, du centre commercial de Jacó, des restaurants et des jeux pour adultes au Casino de Croc juste à côté, à plus de tarif familial à Herradura. Le village offre plus en bord de mer à explorer, un port animé, et le golf à La Iguana après quelques minutes en voiture de six mile.

Informations sur le stationnement: Le stationnement au The Palms est très limité, mais les clients sont autorisés à utiliser le parking de Croc juste à côté du condo.

Great Place

Very nice condo, everything you need is included. Right on the water, beautiful sunset. Pool, restaurant, casino next door. Short walk down the beach to the center of town.

Great place with amazing views!

This property was amazing and the photos did not do the property justice. The property manager was difficult to contact, but The Palms resort personnel were excellent to work with along with Vacasa Rentals. You have access to the neighboring resort, and that is spectacular as well. We will definitely be coming back here!

Great rental

This was a great vacation rental! There were a couple minor issues that I believe will be fixed. The location is great, but if you are traveling during the on-season, you probably won’t have any parking. The pool and access to Croc’s was fantastic! We didn’t hear other people in the complex other than some construction during the day. The service was great and overall I highly reccomend!

Perfect Ocean view

Our group stayed for 10 days, the condo is wonderful but in need of some up keep. Broken heavy difficult sliding patio doors, leaky bathroom taps, no cupboard space for groceries, mildewy grout in bathrooms. BUT the condo is in the perfect location, and the patio is wonderful with 3 ceiling fans. The pool is lovely and well maintained. You can walk for kms, the beach is amazing. The Palms has everything you could possibly need.

Great views

Stayed for ten days contacted Vacasa several times about the televisions not working never got service. The unit was not as clean as it looked upon check-in.will not use Vacasa again. Beds very very firm. Shower heads not working properly.

Right I’m the beach , pool , walking disnce to a good place to eat . Nice have washer and dryer , good internet . Scarlet McCaws flew by every afternoon plus hundreds of small green parrots . Walked down the beach towards the rocks and saw c monkeys and sloths late in the afternoon . Jaco has the reputation of being a party place but we had no issues as a family vacation place . Plenty to do or not to do .

The Condo is Beautiful, high-quality decor & furnishings, bedding comfortable, but the CLEANINESS was not up to par - floors in rooms dusty, both bathroom faucets not cleaned thoroughly, shower floors dirty with dark hair strands and Master bedroom fan - extremely loud on the lowest setting-unable to sleep with fan. Housekeeping services are not included. There’s no Room Service available via the Croc’s Resort!!! Recommendations … ✨️Courtesy bottled water & Creamer & more sugars (only 4 packets) ✨️Luggage stands should be provided in the bedrooms. ✨️Small trash bins in both bedrooms.

Beautiful place, beautiful trip

We stayed at this condo for 9 wonderful days. The place is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Ana was very helpful and the gate keepers and reception ladies were so friendly and helpful with all of our many questions. The pool at Crocs was a great place to hang out and the beach is spectacular! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Great view from the balcony, easy access to the beach. Condo was beautiful, decor was amazing! Loved the convenience of kitchen and washer/dryer. Would not waste $$ on a rental car since parking in Jaco is impossible and taxis are cheap. Security staff very friendly and helpful.

Great way to get away

It was very easy working withVRBO to get a great place to stay in Costa Rica. The property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the website. Very clean and comfortable and the ocean view was gorgeous.

Beautiful decor, well appointed condo.

I would not change anything except adding a deadbolt on the front door. Otherwise, it is my second time here and I will return again. Great location and very comfortable.
