Hear the breaking waves 24 hours a day! Wake up on the beach with your own private patio, hammock, sunrise and warm lap pool two steps from your patio! Your 2 bedroom 2-bathroom spacious condo with the most comfortable beds! Make breakfast and coffee in the beautiful gourmet kitchen and enjoy on the patio watching the sunrise! Our unit has a large living area, enormous patio, in unit W/D, in unit A/C, with amenities including soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, spices, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, tea strainer, filtered water, concierge services for groceries etc., and much more! Enjoy the use of the 5-star resort next door with full-service food and a bar at their outside pool, Super FUN Casino, and 2 great restaurants inside the hotel! The Palms is a private gated community with 24 hour security on site.

Ron and Kristine live onsite and are from California. We loved our first visit here so much we decided to purchase in The Palms! We know most of the locals, restaurant and excursion owners! We speak English and some Spanish and will help you and book your private transportation to and from the airport, your excursions, and dining reservations, private chef, either in advance of your stay or once you arrive! Zip lining, Big Game Fishing, Whale Watching, ATV's, Monkey tours, Hang Gliding, Croc tours, boat ride to Tortuga Island, Snorkeling, Horseback ride on the beach.... are just some of the many excursions you can experience while in Jaco! We have done all of these excursions and love them! If you forget to bring anything your I will have it for you! We keep extra toothbrushes, shaving cream, razors, toothpaste, sun lotion, etc., you need it, we have it!!! Make this the adventure of a lifetime! WE HAVE A 2ND UNIT ON THE 2ND FLOOR THAT IS AVAILABLE AS WELL. IT WILL BE ADDED TO VRBO SOON!

Absolutely fabulous owners. I was able to check in early and the place was beautiful! I loved the access to the very short walk to Crocs resort. I loved the fact that this condo had plenty of towels and beach chairs and mostly the boogie boards. The riptide was a bit intimidating but had a blast boogie boarding! Thank you for a great stay

If you are planning a trip to Jaco, and want to be steps away from the ocean, stay here!! My husband and I used this condo as our “home base” for 3 nights. This condo is well stocked with everything you need! The owner was just a quick text message away! We literally spent hours on the patio enjoying the nice breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

Ron and Kristine were such a pleasure to deal with making our stay fantastic! The location is amazing, just far enough away from downtown, it’s very peaceful, yet close enough to town. Ocean views from the condo are amazing, staff was great, very secure and safe. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. We will definitely be returning.Thank you!!

Lovely condo!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. So close to the resort next door and you can fall out on the beach. The porch was awesome for coffee in the morning. A couple minor things to improve: Shower pressure was not good. It would have been nice if there were apps or anything (Netflix etc)to make watching TV in English possible.

Beautiful place on a stunning beach

This is a gem of a place to stay. You have a beautiful place on a stunning beach, Ron and Kristine were great about the rate, the restaurant referrals and they know all the backstreet local places and the best places for adventures ( monkey tours, hiking to waterfalls, atv off roading and where to watch breath taking sunsets. This location is great and super clean with a pool and an almost a private beach. Thank you and We can’t wait to book this place again!

He rented this condo at the end of a Backroads vacation trip. It’s just a perfect location to end our time in Costa Rica. Located in a perfect spot within steps from the ocean. The owner is fantastic and we felt right at home in this beautiful, beautiful condo.Five stars all around!!!

We booked our vacation with Vrbo and began texting Ron And Kristen they were great answered all of our questions promptly the condo was perfect . The restaurants were better then we expected the croc pool was perfect I would love to go back again one week isn’t enough

Excellent spot!

Kristine was an awesome host. Location and condo are perfectly situated on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Near the casino and 2 swimming pools. Grocery store is right up the road. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach paradise

This place was exactly as advertised. You can sit outside or inside and hear the ocean all day, and the beach is litterly a few feet from the room. We loved it and may look into buying a unit. The resort next door was not too busy (low season) but nice pool. Jaco is a very safe and friendly place.

Location is excellent unfortunately some of the furniture is very dated. Sofa is disgusting. I would not sit on it. Patio furniture needs new cushions. Air conditioner leaks a lot of water. Its unuseable owner did not help me. This condo is also very expensive. It’s not worth the price in my opinion.

Jaco Vacation

Good location right on the beach. It was nice being able to use Crocs pool but we were not allowed access to their fitness center (had to pay). We never used the pool in front of condo. Condo is older and needs some updates. Dryer needs to be properly vented as it is not. Owners were very kind and helpful when we asked questions.

Perfect location

We stayed here for three nights after a week stay in La Fortuna. The property was very safe and steps away from the beach. The pool was so close and very clean. We were happily surprised at how easy it was to access the Crocs pool which was wonderful. We rented a car and were able to easily find a good place to eat. We would recommend eating breakfast at Mary's Diner. We went there twice and it was delicious each time. The washer and dryer were a wonderful added bonus. Especially since we were coming from La Fortuna with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.

Steps from the ocean

This beach is the best of the 4 beaches for collecting sea glass since there aren't many shells here! The condo has its own exit through the patio since it's a first floor unit and it's 60 seconds to the beach. This beach is great for walking, has surf lessons and restaurants galore. This town is great for souvenirs and great food. We're a little old for night life but enjoyed our stay and activities (quad tour). The place itself is also amazing with two good sized bedrooms, in unit washer and dryer, huge feeling of space and a full kitchen. You cannot go wrong with this rental!

Great Stay

We really loved our stay. The condo was amazing and had everything you could ever need. The location was fabulous and having Croc's next door for drinks and coffee was a huge plus. We loved having the bikes to ride to the downtown area for breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was the shade that covered the large slider in the living room and bedroom was see-through, particularly in the evening. It was a little uncomfortable at night knowing that someone could look right in a see you, and we had to be sure to change in the bathrooms-curtains would be a quick fix! Check in and out was easy and the washing machine in the unit was useful for washing all our clothes before leaving.

Great place to relax and unwind

We loved having the main floor unit right by the pool with easy access to the beach. The private patio was a great place to read and dine. We appreciated having the fat bikes to ride into Jacó for groceries, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were responsive and friendly. The glasses and cutlery were not totally clean when we arrived but the dishwasher solved that. Having access to Crocs pool was fun. It was a quiet time of year so noise and privacy were not significant for this main floor unit. The beach was nicer than closer to Jaco and the sunsets were beautiful.

When we first visited Costa Rica, we stayed at a resort next door. What the resort was missing our unit has, such as an awesome huge patio to watch the sunset or sunrise. A fully stocked kitchen to prepare your meals and a relaxing environment on the patio to enjoy coffee or a cocktail listening to the waves. Our unit features an open room concept with a large living room that opens to the inviting patio with a pool and ocean view. A laundry room so you don't have to pack two large suitcases, and last of all a host that can be your concierge based on personal experiences! We tell you the restaurants we eat at and love. We will tell you when the farmers market is open so you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, etc., and tell you about the best excursions that we have already experienced!

We are excited to help you book your whole trip from your local driver picking you up with your name on the sign at the airport to your departure.
