Wonderful Stay!

401 was a beautiful unit with a phenomenal view! We loved the well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! This puzzle loving family finished 5 of the puzzles there- and left one for others to enjoy! Thank you for a week full of wonderful memories!

Great Family Vacation

Excellent location for a family beach vacation. Easy beach access and limited crowds. Pool was a hit with the grandkids! Additional chairs and beach toys provided by owner in unit closet came in very handy for all to use. Kitchen well appointed with all necessary accessories. View from balconies was breathtaking. Best condo we have every utilized on the beach!

Beautiful, uncrowded beach safe, secure

The property owner is the most responsive ever. He is very helpful. The unit is well stocked, gorgeous view, pretty pool, walk in access to the pool, hot tub outside that was the perfect temperature. Kitchen beautifully stocked, and balcony furniture is great. Only one thing I would change and that is the futon which we used for one family member to sleep on. It is super uncomfortable even with additional padding. We are all older people and the furniture was great. We wished for a recliner or two but that is just us old folks needing our feet up.You cannot ask for a better place!And every room has its own bathroom! We will definitely be back for this unit.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo on the 4th floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean! This was the first condo we have stayed at that had enough seating for our family in the balcony. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 10. Mr Chuck Cadden (owner) was extremely nice and very easy to work with. He made sure everything was perfect for our week! Perfect family vacation location!

The condo was very clean and nice! Everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of sitting room for people to be together. The views were gorgeous! The check in and out was easy and contact free. Owner answered all questions, very efficient. We had never stayed in Perdido Key before but it is a nice quiet place to vacation and only a few miles from Florabama as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place for our family vaca

The owner, Chuck, is outstanding communicator - couldn’t ask for better experience. He handles his own property and it shows, down to the small things that make your stay so comfortable. We have returned several years. & it is always great. Unlike many beach properties, it is not crowded. Both indoor and outdoor pools & hot tubs are always spotless. The outdoor pool has walk-in/zero entry, particularly easy for little ones (grands) and mobility challenged (me). The walk to the beach is relatively short, making it more doable for all age groups. The unit itself is spacious, rooms are well equipped, and there is plenty of room to spread out. The wrap-around balconies provide additional living space. Kitchen is so well equipped, if you need it, Chuck has probably provided it. We take turns cooking, and always find all needed kitchen equipment. Looking forward to returning 2022!

Social Distancing vacay

This was just what we needed during This time of Covid 19 - bedrooms had their own bath, living area was spacious, loved the panoramic views and the beach was not crowded! Overall great stay.

Great beach retreat

Condo was beautiful and perfect for family,. Very roomy inside but favorite part of condo was the sitting area on balcony. Kitchen has everything you might need. Building is away from other condos making it easy to social distance. Chuck was great about answering all my questions. Hope to return soon.

Family vacation

The condo was beautiful and accommodating for the 10 of us. It had everything we needed to make our meals in the room. We were able to have family dinners in the balcony. The pool was huge and clean. The beach is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebrations

My family loves staying at the Mirabella Condos in Perdido Keys, Florida. We could not have ask for a more beautiful beach resort to relax, unwind, & celebrate a week full of birthdays. . The condo has enough room for us all to be together or space to do your own thing when you want. There was never a shortage of Good Food or Fun. Thanks for the Memories.

Beautiful Condo and Wonderful Location

Our family (6 adults and 2 children) shared a wonderful week in Perdido Key at this wonderful condo. The condo lacked for nothing...view from condo magnificent! We spent several evenings on the balcony enjoying the evening sunsets. Everything we needed was within close proximity to the condo. Swimming pool was great for the children and the adults loved the beautiful beach. Chuck responded immediately to any questions we had before our arrival. We definitely will return for another family vacation!
