This was the perfect location and had beautiful views from the balcony and the 10th floor open space was even better! We were able to walk right to the beach, and eat at various restaurants that were close b. The host was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that is not really a complaint but to make others aware, our first night there, we did not realize the bar downstairs is a nightclub and we slept with the windows open, and we woken up to loud music with people partying. It's not too bad with the window's closed and air on but be prepared that it can be a little loud, it was also a Friday night so we didn't let it bother us.

It was everything we hoped for! Clean with tasteful decor, comfortable bed, great cooking facilities, beach chairs & umbrella, even snorkels and fins. We loved the view over the parkland to the beach and the easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants without being surrounded by other hotels. Communication with Julia was very easy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend to future guests! View from the room was directly across from Diamond head with some beach views, excellent location steps from the beach, food, shopping, entertainment, the zoo, and convenience stores. Very comfortable room, comfortable bed, has everything you need including beach chairs. Everything was perfect and went very smoothly. Bar and restaurant inside of the location. Very convenient parking. Would absolutely stay again! Mahalo!

Great time at a great location

We really enjoyed staying here during our time in Waikiki. The location is great and close to the beach. We utilized some of the free overnight parking at the park across the street. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Great location!!

We have stayed at the Grand Waikīkī 2 years ago and love the cleanliness of the building and the great location. The only problem for us was the street noise and the loud music from the bar on the 2nd floor.

Anniversary get away

Beautiful views of Diamond Head from the balcony and beach. Short walk to the beach one ocean with a Starbucks on the corner across the street from the beach. Who could ask for anything more.

This property was so awsome. Everything that you could imagine. Shops, restaurants, and beach only a few steps away. It was so relaxing to sit outside on the balcony to drink my ice coffee and listen to the zoo animals. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Convenient location

Very easy to get to everything in Waikiki! The property needs some work but the views off the sundeck are amazing and the staff at the bar on the second floor are very nice and provide great service.

The room and communication with host were very good. But, I did not see anywhere in the listing to expect loud, startling, bass beat in your chest noises all night long. This place would be ideal for a young couple looking for an all night party. I actually had to find other accommodations as it was so intolerable.
