Profitez de la magnifique vue directe sur le front de mer depuis votre balcon privĂ© et dans l’ensemble de l’unitĂ©. Ce deux chambres, deux salles de bain complĂštes, unitĂ© en bord de mer est un must! Voyez vous-mĂȘme des photos de la magnifique vue sur l’ocĂ©an depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Cette unitĂ© est parfaite pour se dĂ©tendre sur votre patio privĂ©, en profitant de la magnifique vue sur l'ocĂ©an, de la piscine et d'autres superbes Ă©quipements complexes.

L'unité est également stockée avec des accessoires de plage pour votre plaisir, y compris des chaises de plage, boogie boards, un parapluie, des jouets, des serviettes et une glaciÚre. La chambre principale a un lit queen, une grande télévision HD et une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et le salon a un canapé-lit si nécessaire. Il y a aussi Internet sans fil gratuit disponible. .

Profitez de toutes les commodités que vous souhaitez sur place, y compris deux stations de barbecue, deux parcs pour chiens clÎturés, un terrain de pétanque, un jeu de palets, une salle de remise en forme donnant sur la piscine et l'océan et une piscine chauffée. Le bùtiment est idéalement situé à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport international de Melbourne, à une heure de l'aéroport international d'Orlando et à 15 minutes au sud de Cocoa Beach. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est idéalement situé à proximité, y compris un grand Publix (épicerie) et un cinéma juste en face de la rue. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'excellents restaurants situés dans un court trajet en voiture.

The property manager was very accomodating, the condo had the right amount of balcony chairs, portable beach chairs and towels and paddle boards. The pool and view are wonderful, and the proximity to many restaurants great. This is our 2nd stay in the same condo. I hope there will be another.

Great Location!

The property was great! Location was perfect for us. So convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Great pick if you are looking for a pet-friendly, beautiful, low key beach vacation. Would definitely book again.

The location was great on the beach. The condo was a bit run down. The couch was dirty and uncomfortable. It wasn’t terrible and but not the best place I have ever stayed.

This was a wonderful place to stay, I didn’t want to leave. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The building and property is so well maintained. Taylor at the property management was great. The views were just amazing. Just loved it!

Location decent for getting to activities and attractions, within an hour or so. Not much in immediate area for tourists to eat fast food wise on the go. We flew in and stayed for 6 days and had to buy more bath and beach towels, due to only having access to pay laundry room.

Beautiful, relaxing condo

We have stayed here two separate times and really enjoyed our stays (we didn't want to leave!). The condo is clean, has everything you need, the porch has a beautiful ocean view that gets the morning sun, laundry facilities just a few doors down, and an easy walk to Publix across the street. It was such a pleasure working with Emma@stayincocoabeach.com. She makes everything so easy! I highly recommend this condo!

I will be staying here again

I go to Cocoa Beach every year for Thanksgiving at another VRBO location. This year decided to try a different location. Excellent unit. Excellent location. Wonderful heated pool. It is the closest building to the beach as far as the eye can see in both directions. Easy check in and check out. All check in/out communication was prompt and through email and I did not need to contact the prop manager at all. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation. I've never stayed this close to the ocean!

Very well-maintained property with a nice pool, endless beach, and wonderful ocean sounds. My family of 5 was very comfortable and relaxed the entire week. A few notes: - The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, so sleeps 3. - Washer and dryer are $2.00 each; quarters only. There's a change machine in the office, or just pack some change. - This is a dog-friendly property, so be prepared for some barking.

Very clean. Outstanding views. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided and worked nicely. There was construction going on the roof, but it did not interfere with our vacation. We had a great time. The pool cleaner did an excellent job. The pool was very clean every single day we were there. The dryer in the laundry room on the 3rd floor did not dry our clothes at all. That was the only thing wrong. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely property and location

We really loved our stay in this condo on satellite beach. Pool was also fantastic, clean and well maintained. Amenities and location were also great. Very close to tons of activities and restaurants while fat enough to not have crowds. Don’t think we have ever stayed this close to the ocean even when other condos too have been right on the beach! We will definitely consider coming back. Just a couple of minor/easy suggestions to make this a 10 out of 5 property: 1) Replace drip coffee maker with a Keurig. At a minimum have some filters for the particular coffee maker in the condo 2) stock more paper products when stay is longer than 5 days for a family of 4 (toilet paper, paper towels etc) 3) replace mattress and remove foam topper in master bedroom. While not uncomfortable, it wasn’t very comfortable either. And the fitted sheet would not stay on if even one person got in the bed, let alone 2. That’s it. Everything else was simply perfect. Thank you!

Had a great stay!

Property is very nice. Unit is modern, updated, in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Great view, right on the beach. Can’t beat the view or ambiance. Definitely, could have used more silverware, some food storage containers, more serving bowls (or platters), and a tea kettle. If food storage containers are not an option, a roll of plastic wrap in the unit would be helpful. All in all I would recommend this unit. Next time we might try one that is NOT right above the pool. Kids screaming and playing ALL DAY in the pool, below, cuts into the “relaxation vibe”.

Can't beat the location, but bring some aspirin if you have back pain!

The location is fabulous, and the view from the balcony is incredible. The neighbors were very nice--everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. The worn out furniture in the living room and the TERRIBLE mattress on the master bed were our only complaints. Updating these items would make this a 5-star stay!!
