It was hard to get ahold of a manager when we got locked out but it was fixed that morning at least. Also the master bedroom has a stunning bath that never gets hot or even above room temp and the toilet room has a door but no light. I recommend getting the heat to the pool. Over all aside from the mentioned things it was beautiful,close to disney, and relaxing.

The house was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. Good size pool and the layout at the house was great. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Great Place

Totally enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, plenty of room and with a pool! The amenities in community were a hit with the kids—water park and restaurants! Not too far from theme parks Would definitely stay here again

Clean property

Everything was well laid out and as advertised. Pool was fully heated and the hot tub was as warm of a hot tub that I have ever been in. Definitely would recommend staying here again.

Disney Princess Run

We had a great time staying in this house. We have been doing these runs since 2016 and this is the best house by far!!! Outdoor space was perfect.

Excellent getaway!

The house had more than enough space for a family of 10 and something for us all to do to stay entertained. The location isn't far from Disney and had access to a water park. It was everything I needed to celebrate my nephews birthday!!!...

Great House, Could Be Cleaner

We had 15 people stay very comfortably at the house. Tons of rooms, amenities were great. Very close to the parks. House could have been a bit cleaner. Carpets were pretty dirty. Aside from that the whole family enjoyed it a lot.

Awesome!

It was great! Kitchen had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It was great having a private pool. I checked the amenities before packing and didn't see if there were pool towels or hair dryer so I packed both. There were both in the house. Might be helpful to list these items. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everyone had more than enough space and most everyone had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were just a couple issues with a slow bathroom sink and a broken coffee maker but other than that everything worked properly. The neighborhood was very nice and for the most part quiet. The noise came from kids swimming outside and didn’t go late into the night so it wasn’t bothersome.Jeeves was very easy to work and communicate with. They were very organized with their correspondence and addressed any questions I had.The location was wonderful! Close to the Disney parks, Walmart and restaurants. We will definitely stay at this property again.For reference, we had a group of 8 adults, a teenager and one child.

Overall Great Experience!

The property was very clean, had beautiful finishes and style, and was in a great location! It was close to Disney and other amenities. The waterpark within the complex was within walking distance and not busy so that was great! The only downside we had was that we paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated and it was not turned on when we got there. We contacted the property management company and they turned it on remotely, and then it worked for a day, but then was cold again. And we tried calling back and they said we had to just have the jets on, which we did, but it still did nothing. So that was disappointing. The dryer also took a very long time to dry clothes. Overall, a great experience and great place!

Pool heater and hot tub heater did not work. Multiple calls to property manager. They came out but still did not fix the issue. We did not have full use of the pool or hot tub for our entire stay. The neighborhood was so congested that we often could not get out of our driveway without prolonged waits.

Together time

My group of 12 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were great with really comfortable beds and suited our needs perfectly. The main living area was spacious and great for spending time as a group which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay in a home rental instead of at a hotel. The location of this property was nice and close to the gym and clubhouse. We used the shuttle for Universal only because the times were not great for the Disney properties. We had a small issue with the pool heat not working for the first couple days but it was fixed for the remainder of our stay. The dishwasher breaker kept going out which was a bit of a hassle. House was surface clean but could have used a deeper cleaning. Supplies were what was promised but definitely could be better. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

8 adults and 3 kids for week of Disney

The house was awesome. The floor plan is perfect for families with kids and so many bathrooms. The kitchen was not supplied the best. We could have really used Non-breakable glasses for patio and pool area. There were no knives for cutting fruit or meat.We were there on April 5-12 so the patio furniture did not have cushions until around middle of week.The only negative part of the subdivision is the Jewish community rents approximately 80% of the homes to celebrate Passover for 10 days. NO subdivision rules are followed while they are there. I am assuming this is because too many people not abiding so security is overwhelmed. UHaul trucks everywhere as they bring in there kosher refrigerators, freezers and food. There was loud parties and music until 3 and 4 AM. Cars racing engines. Kids on bikes and scooters all over the road as if there were no sidewalks. So many cars parked in road it was like playing frogger to get to our house with bikes, people and cars.

Beautiful experience

Rented this home for my family and I to visit Disney, it was perfect! The hone was beautiful and exactly as described. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool on the days we didn’t go to the park. They even enjoyed the clubhouse amenities offered and didn’t want to leave the home. Only down was the property company who manages the home was super busy so some of our requests went unanswered. Overall awesome vacation, we will be back!
