This vibrant and airy 9-bedroom villa, located in Encore Resort, showcases natural light as its standout feature, flowing seamlessly from the open-concept living spaces to a stunning private backyard retreat complete with a pool and spa. The outdoor area is perfectly positioned to capture abundant sunlight throughout the day, creating an inviting space for sun-soaked pool days, outdoor lounging, and relaxing evenings under the Florida sky.

The kids will be thrilled with two themed bedrooms for the aspiring wizard or Toy Story lover in the family, as well as the hours of entertainment that can be enjoyed in both the home theater and the video game–themed game room, featuring foosball and air hockey.

Best vacation home EVER!!

I can't rate this house and location high enough!.. we have stayed at many homes in the area and none were as clean and nice as this one! The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were amazing! We had 7 families and fit perfectly! We all would agree this has been the best vacation house we've rented!!

We had a family of 13 and the house was more than accommodating! Clean and big!The only downside is that I believe the drains need cleaned! There were some slight smells from the main shower on the 1st floor. Still a BIG 5 rating

Location is great. The house was clean and wonderful for our large family. We were so happy there were high chairs/boosters for the littles. The kitchen has everything you need & two coffee makers. The bigs enjoyed the play room and everyone loved the pool & hot tub. Very close to Animal Kingdom & Magic Kingdom. There are two grocery stores close by as well. 2 things I’d recommend - 1. requesting the number of towels you need. Since check in isn’t until 4 you won’t realize you don’t have enough until it’s too late to call. We did find the beach towels on day 2 soured in the washer and some in the dryer. There were very few bath towels per bedroom. 2. there is cable but you can only get to it with a Roku and there was only one downstairs for 3 TVs. I know there was at least one upstairs but not one for each TV. We aren’t big TV people so we didn’t notice it until the night the adults wanted to watch a game and the folks who didn’t had to find a Roku to turn theirs on/change streaming. I’d just ask them to confirm there is one per TV prior to arrival. *Instructions on how to get to cable in the book would be helpful. Loved it, would stay there again!

Hidden Paradise

The property was great, the size of the rooms were perfect and the fact that all had bathrooms or next to one meant no one was disturbing each other. The kitchen was enormous that it fit the whole family just fine. The theater was a nice touch for the kids to watch movies. The gem was the pool and hot tub. Nice and warm all day and night so it was enjoyable all the time on our stay.

Home

The home was very spacious and accommodating. We had some issues with the AC where some areas were colder and others warmer that we could not remedy, but it had little affect on our time together.
