Great family home for Disney visit
We had a great time staying at the property. It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. It was close to Disney and convenient to the parks, restaurants, etc.

Fun Disney House
We enjoyed all the fun Disney touches, and the themed rooms were perfect! The pool was great. We didn't use the game room much, as the converted garage got quite warm during the day. This house is a bit far from the parks, especially with recent construction and freeway traffic (30-90 min, depending). The master bathroom is connected to a very small en suite bathroom with one sink - that was a bit disconcerting. The bigger bathroom with tub, shower, and two sinks is connected to the movie room. Overall, nice stay, even with a few inconveniences.

Property was as described in listing. Fun interior atmosphere, games for the kids and open concept for the adults to gather. Clean, comfortable and maintained. Floor plan was great, a private bathroom for each guest room ! Highly recommend.

Great Stay - Enjoyed the Home!
First time visiting Florida in over 15 years and this home made it a really great trip! The game room was definitely a hit for my 5 & 6 year old boys as well as the adults. A couple issues came up which was addressed regarding the game room which were, one of the air hockey 'pushers' was broken upon arrival, and the batteries became too low to play for the basketball hoop. I called in and both were addressed same day which was great. The room also had an Xbox but we didn't have a log in to use to play any of the games unfortunately. As mentioned in one of the previous reviews, the blinds were broken for one of the sliding doors which I reported as it was inoperable. The plumbing in the toilets I believe has an issue as all of them doesn't fully flush/flushes really slowly. I did have to call in for a plunger as the home didn't have any for one toilet that I got unclogged. The home is conveniently located closely to just about everything - Disney - Magic kingdom, Hollywood Studios, International Drive, etc. We felt really comfortable in the home which is a huge plus for this location. There was a slight issue with the pool heating, which also got resolved. After the first day of use, for some reason, it was stuck on spa mode as per the tech, and the pool became way too hot to use the following day. We needed to wait a day for the temperature to drop on it. We all enjoyed the pool which was a perfect size as well as the hot tub area. Supermarkets and other stores were very close by as well which makes this home a great one to book. My only issue is, there is a charge for everything and no courtesy on the fees. My flight came in at 1030AM and check in is at 4pm. I asked in advance for an early check in and was told I needed to check 24 hours prior to see if there was anyone in the home and if not, I could request it. I checked and no one booked the home for at least 1 week prior to my arrival. The fee to get the check in time to 1PM was $120 + tax and this was to "guarantee" house keeping gets to the home first to clean it. I felt like as a courtesy and for already spending this much on the home, the least that could have been done was make an exception. We booked the 1PM check in as the 10AM one would be a full day cost. What I found weird was that at my checkout time of 10AM, about 20 minutes prior, housekeeping was parked outside already waiting to enter so I really felt an accommodation could have been made. I still recommend the great home!
