This property was Pet-friendly, clean and affordable. The host responded to questions in a timely manner. Parking was accessible but tight. Overall it was a good experience.

Parking was easy. Check in was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was solo and the home felt very safe and the location was perfect. Not too far from anything.

Great stay

Location is perfect, lots to do in the area and only 45min - 1hr from the beach depending on where you want to go. We were happy they were dog friendly and will definitely recommend.

I don't have many negative things to say about this visit except that I thought the stairs leading to the apartment inside could use to be updated (the carpet could use a good cleaning or be replaced and the shower current in the bathroom made you feel like you've stepped into Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho bathroom scene lol). But positively good reviews, nonetheless :). The apartment was quaint, clean, listed as advertised, and made to feel welcoming and "homey." We ran into a little issue with the key/lock system -- but the host was SO incredibly responsive and helpful and offered nothing but kind words and good vibes. We loved the location and how is was just far enough but close enough to downtown. I appreciate them opening our home to us and giving us a good place to stay during our visit.

Family trip to end summer

It was a lovely, quiet location Very clean and easy to get back and forth to while visiting There was some slight issues with the booking, however it was able to be resolved and I would stay at this property again.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying here. It is close to downtown Mobile yet is in a quiet neighborhood. The unit (one of four) is spacious and cozy and well equipped. The second floor entails a serious flight of stairs. Our only concern was the difficulty exiting the driveway since the bottom of the car frequently

Former Hometown stay

This property was nicely decorated with some housekeeping issues. The Host did communicate very well and rectified the minor issues. The parking entrance is a little steep and small. The property has washer and dryer appliances for your washing needs. There were 2 beds inside the bedroom. The larger bed can accommodate 3 people and the twin sized bed is for one person, maybe two if it’s small children. Thanks for hosting us!

This was not the experience I wanted for my stay in Mobile. We knew from the onset this was not the place for us. The exterior is extremely old and needs repairs. The front door entering the apartment area is barely hanging on. It has a keypad on the door but pointless if u can just push it down. There was also this long,steep staircase to get to ur apartment. Mind u we had to carry luggage up this staircase. As u walk into the apartment, it appears ok. Then u will notice the dishwasher that is not flush with the counter, as in it sticks out and not fitted properly, causing the entire dishwasher to shake and rattle when u open the dishwasher door. Additionaly the sofa was not the sofa in the pictures. It was a futon that sat only 2 people and was like sitting on rocks. Keep in mind there was only 3 of us and I understood the reasoning for the small couch but there was absolutely no where for my husband to sit comfortably. This is a small place but I would never recommend it for more than 2 people to rent. The AC was also an issue. No AC in the bathroom or the one closet in the apartment. The closet was huge but hot, and had to be kept shut to keep from heating up the bedroom. But most of all,I just did not feel safe with the neighborhood and wonky door. Stayed 1 night and decided to book another place. It was worth the loss I took on this tental to leave.

Not very honest!

The stay was ok, I had to be in town because of my mother being in the hospital, I stayed in this place from the 14th through the 19th, after this I went back to my home town because mom seemed to be a bit better, but remained in the hospital, on the 20th I received a call from the hospital in regards of my mother’s health going down, so I had to go back to Mobile and contacted this company through Vrbo and that night I did notice that something was going on with the site, so I reached out to them in regards of the possibility of reserving the same me place, only because it was convenient and close to the hospital, they charged my credit card $ 626.40 without me having to complete the reservation and sending the required documents to complete it, I didn’t hear from them and waited for them to provide the information which it never happened. The days I was requesting the reservation was from the 21st through the 26th because I didn’t hear from them I ended up renting another place near the hospital. And Because I didn’t hear from them I thought that the reservation didn’t go through only to find out a few days later from my cc company that they did charge it for days that I didn’t even used to stay in. After going through my mother passing and having to go through all this pain. I had to deal with patriots family’s company with trying to get my money back which it didn’t happened. They are not an honest company and all they care is about the money! Beware!!
