Terrain de golf! Nouvellement aménagées 2b / 2b Myrtlewood Villas

Les photos ne font pas ce condo justice à tous. Ce point de vue golf condo est un 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains appartement au rez-de-chaussée nouvellement décorée dans la section nord de Magnolia Myrtlewood Villas. Nous venons d'acheter haut de gamme, des meubles haut de gamme et des matelas! Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur blueray / DVD, et un lit confortable qui peut passer dans un grand lit ou deux lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont accès à une salle de bains aussi bien! En plus des chambres, nous avons un nouveau canapé-lit. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à six! Parfait pour six golfeurs, trois couples, les familles ou les retraites.

Le salon est spacieux et ouvert à la salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le salon dispose d'un énorme 60 'TV à écran plat et blueray / lecteur DVD.

Chaque matin, vous pourrez profiter d'une tasse de café à la table et des chaises sur la terrasse!

Certaines des commodités qui sont fournis comprennent WIFI gratuit, laveuse et sécheuse, fer, planche à repasser, et sèche-cheveux. Une autre mise à niveau que ce condo a est entrée sans clé. Un code d'entrée sera remis avant votre arrivée. Aucun long processus d'enregistrement des touches ou pour suivre avec!

Emplacement! Emplacement! Emplacement! Ce condo est situé à proximité de Broadway à la plage avec 350 acres de shopping et de divertissement, parcs aquatiques, mini-golf et restaurant Row. Juste une courte distance à 1. 5 mile drive à la plage avec beaucoup de stationnement public. Les plus aventureux peuvent y aller à pied. Myrtlewood est au cœur de Myrtle Beach, mais dans un cadre calme et relaxant.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property and again, I was VERY PLEASED. Everything was wonderful, price was great, and it was close to the beach. Communicating with the host, Caroline and Property Manager, Heather was super easy. Loved that it was on the first floor. Was clean and everything was as described. Owner communicated well. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the location. Easy access to everything if you don’t have to be super close to the beach. Definitely would stay again.

Great Escape

Great location. Condo is spacious. There was a couple of hiccups but the property manager Heather was AMAZING and very attentive. If it wasn’t for her this review would be completely opposite. Definitely will to stay again. Suggestions to the owner get rid of cable and allow streaming for guests!

Condo with Great Location

My husband and son needed a centrally located condo to stay in for the World Am Golf Tounament. This condo was perfectly located, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, nice kitchen, and comfy recliners to relax in after a long day! Condo was clean, plenty of towels. Only glitch was that the week they were there the roof on this particular building was being replaced. It prevented them from parking close to the building, and access to the pool from the back door was prohibited.

Very cute place,.comfy and convenient pool in back yard! There is an odor like must, when you walk in, but there is a purifier / dehumidifier in the property .I would go back! The odor will not seem strong or not there when you get situated. I truly think it depends on how much it is used. Thank you for the communication by email and text when necessary. Appreciate it!

Convenient location

Loved the kitchen remodel. We only had 5 towels (6 guests), so we were constantly having to do laundry. The kitchen is not well stocked with utensils (great on dishes and pans). We had to call for linens for pull out sofa, (and had to go purchase a foam pad) for pull out couch, as the mattress was so thin, it was hurting the kids. Also, the cleanliness of beds, and linens were lacking. Instead of having a king foam mattress on one of the beds, the foam was cut in to pieces to fit on to the bed. Loved the convenience of the pool.

Hi Kileigh, I am sorry about the inconvenience of the lack of towels & utensils. I wish you would have told me when reporting the sofa sheets as I would have had house keeping bring additional towels and utensils. The king bed pad you're referring to is actually a mattress bridge as the mattress set up is a swing king and the pad is designed to bridge the gap, not cover the bed. Thanks for the feedback. I will address all issues immediately.
