Relaxing, Serene and Convenient

Great property, well maintained, accurate pictures and descriptions, good contact with management. Wonderful home with location convenient to grocery and restaurants as well as beach all walkable. Quiet location and great pool and outdoor space for peaceful relaxation.

Great property, all the amenities

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home, in fact when our flight was cancelled we ended up extending our stay for 2 more days because we didn’t want to leave! The house has a great layout, had everything we needed and was very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very walkable to Publix and the restaurants along Atlantic. We ran into a problem with the AC late one evening and management had a company at my doorstep the next morning to fix it. The only thing to be aware of is that the pool is not heated, so although the weather was 80s, the pool was quite chilly, so adults stayed out but the kids didn’t mind it!

Great location

Great communication, but the lingering smoke smell (for a nonsmoking property) was u expected and disappointing. Property contact responded quickly & was responsive. Home was clean & had all your family will need, except if anyone has asthma or sensitive to allergies/second hand smoke it might be an issue

Great house and great location

This house is well-located, clean and well-equipped. It looks like it has recently been re-done with new appliances and furnishings. The check in was very smooth and the instructions/information were clear and thorough. There is a great screened in porch with tv and nice outdoor space by the pool in addition to lounge chairs on the dock by the canal. Easy walk to grocery store, great restaurants and public beach. Our only issue: the prior guests had left outdoor garbage cans jammed with garbage. It sat in the heat for 4 days before we arrived and created a pretty bad smell by the pool area where we were lounging. Had to call the property manager twice to get a response about what to do with our garbage.

Beautiful Home!

I have no complaints except for traffic!! The home is beautiful and accommodated 4 fantastic ladies! Everything was cleaned and as described. No issues with neighbors and the scenery was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again!!

Updated intercostal house in quiet neighborhood

The house was newly renovated & has extraordinary kitchen w appliances that are amazing, beautiful walk-in pantry. Kitchen island counter top was ideal for centralized activity. 3 sitting areas to watch tv or hang out gave options for the whole family. The recliners in the screen patio area w tv and dining table should be my new office. The pool and inter coastal dock have plenty of space for those that want to enjoy the sun. Pool is nice size for a family to enjoy. Walking to Houston’s and the Foundry are great dinner options. Publix is super convenient. We hope to stay again next time in South Florida.

The Perfect Getaway

This property is perfection! I cannot say enough good things about this house. It was phenomenal and so close to everything! We really enjoyed the pool, the Florida room and the kitchen! The king size bed was so comfortable that I don’t think I moved one time after I laid down. Hands down one of the most beautiful properties we have ever rented. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.
