This stylish three bedroom apartment is nestled under a quiet family home in a gorgeous cul de sac just metres from Malua Bay Bowling Club and a short walk to the picturesque Malua Bay patrolled beach.

With views of gum trees, well maintained gardens and the sounds of Aussie birdlife, you've got the best of both the bush and the beach at this snazzy 3 bedroom apartment.

This 3 bedroom "house within a house" is family friendly, affordable, located near "corner shops" & food establishments, and is just a 500 m walk to a patrolled beach.

We have made it our mission to ensure your stay is comfortable and that you feel at home. Our goal is to help people have affordable holidays so we try as much as possible to keep our costs down.

There is a queen room, double room and twin room.

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and pots and pans you might need, and the lounge room has a bunch of family friendly DVDs, books, games, puzzles and toys.

All you need to bring is your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, toiletries, food and your holiday mind set.

Note: In order to keep our prices low we do not contract cleaners. We rely heavily on each tenant to clean the house on departure so that all we need to do is inspect and give the house and fabrics a quick sanitising spray.

We, 4 adults and 3 young children, found the Duplex accomodation to be clean, spacious and a great location to visit many attractions in the area. An easy walk to the local shops, restaurant, park and the beach was also a big plus! Communication with Leanne was quick and easy. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Great place to stay for a family getaway. Suitable for young families, we stayed with 2 adults and 3 x kids (7yo, 4yo & 1yo). Very clean and tidy property with everythingy you need. We will definitely look to stay here again when we next head to the coast.

Awesome Family getaway

As a family of 7, Brenda and Leanne accommodated us very well. The place was perfect for our needs and close to everything. Communication with the hosts was second to none and we will certainly be staying again :)

Owned by Brenda and Mick Shea, Derek Langdown and Leanne Shea Langdown (and our kidults), this snazzy 3 bedroom abode nestles under Brenda and Mick's 4 bedroom holiday house which will become their forever home in their older age. For now though it's all about vacation time and sharing the downstairs apartment so that others can enjoy cheap family holidays at the NSW South Coast. We previously owned "Jazzed up beach cottage" at Surf Beach which was also listed on this site with great reviews and lovely testimonials from happy guests. After selling our jazzed up beach cottage in April 2021, we've gone from "jazzed up" to "snazzy", and we've taken all the same care to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful time at the coast.
