That's what makes this spacious apartment unique...A boutique one bedroom, fully self-contained, ground floor apartment ideally situated 350m walking distance to two of Malua Bay's pristine beaches. Open plan living at its absolute best! The Master bedroom is spacious, appointed with luxury linen and toiletries and includes a comfy reading chair and footstool...perfect for relaxing with a good book. French doors open out to a patio area and the ensuite bathroom is spacious with walk in rainforest shower.

Watch the sunrise from Garden Bay (only 350m walk), take the coastal walk north of Garden Bay and watch the whales from the lookout point before walking another 400m to Three 66 cafe who serve up wonderful coffee and egg & bacon roll. Walking enthusiasts can continue on for a longer walk to Lilli Pilli Beach which is such a hidden gem! The perfect place to enjoy a swim and wile away a few hours during your stay. Relax, enjoy the stunning coastline during any season whilst staying at this beautiful apartment. Ideal for couples but can accommodate infants with plenty of floor space for portable cots.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and had lots of information about the places to visit as well as dog friendly beaches.The apartment has plenty of room for a couple and was very clean and comfortable including being very close to the beach. It is situated on a very steep and hill, the driveway is also steep but Kim was very accommodating and allowed me to park in the space at the bottom. I will definitely keep it on my list of places to return.Thank you Kim and mark.Lesley A wood

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed, and was very spacious! The bathroom was beautiful and it was good to have an enclosed grassy area for the dogs!

The pet area was ok , the outdoor area needs a good clean and the gardens could do with some love not that that effected our stay. The owner was on holidays so maybe that’s why.

The location was lovely and in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk to a beautiful beach and a fantastic cafe. Kim was very welcoming with lots of helpful information about the area. We had a relaxing stay and we will be back.

Our stay was nice. A bit disappointed initially when I found there was no hot plate only a one ring induction plate and no oven. The sliding doors were annoying. No long mirror or wardrobe. Outside back area very untidy. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The remote for the tv didn't work properly. A little improvement would make a big different as the location was great for me. It was easy to find and the instructions on entry were great. I wish the owners all the very best with this property.

A great getaway place to relax and unwind

A comfortable and clean unit, just the right size for 2 people. The fenced backyard was great for our 2 fur babies. Just a few minutes drive to several dog friendly beaches so we could go there several times a day.The host was always quick to reply to our queries. It’s one of the holiday homes that you would stay at again.

Beaches And Lizard Hunts.

Great location close to many beaches which our little Jack Russell Gracie loved. She spent hours hunting lizards in the lovely outdoor area, barely finding time to stop and eat. Kim and Mark wonderful hosts on site and we would definitely return when possible. Thank You.

Malua Bay break

The property was clean and check in was simple. Ideal for a couple with or without a small furry friend. Beaches are close although you need a car to fully explore the area. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Stay at Malua Bay

Loved our stay here! The accommodation is very tastefully done, modern, clean, a very spacious bedroom and has everything you need. A big bonus to have use of the enclosed garden with lovely outdoor furniture. The location is great, just a very short walk to a dog friendly beach. The area was a peaceful but not too far from Batemans Bay which has everything you could need. Highly recommend to stay here!

Beautiful beaches galore!

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful location, close to beaches and shops. Very large bedroom with French doors onto patio. Worked well with dog. Shower was lovely. Some hills to climb when walking in local area but they allowed some stunning beach views.

Spotless, calm, close beaches, great for holidays with your pup.

My daughter and I stayed, with our furry friend at this beautiful ground floor 1 bed apartment. Located under the owners residence. Beautifully appointed, comfortable bed and space at the back to sit outside or have your dog on the grass area.Great communication with Kim, about the property, local attractions and dining options. We felt very safe and happy there.
