This condo was great! Extremely clean and beautiful! Top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen and furniture everywhere throughout the condo. Great view right on the ocean! But highly recommend this condo.

Only one issue- there was no iron. There was a box for an iron and ironing board, but couldn’t find an iron. Otherwise excellent stay!

Loved this room at emerald dunes! Room was clean and smelled nice as soon as we got inside, the host was spot on with giving us the codes on time and everything went smooth.Ac, fridge washer and dryer worked perfectly well and the master shower is a nice addition.It is such a nice and quiet place to stay, the pool was clean and not crowded.All the reviews here are spot on 10/10, will be coming back!

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view. It's a small complex, so the private beach is absolutely uncrowded, even in August. We ordered beach chair set up with Barefoot Beach and spent all day long in shady comfort. The condo itself is lovely, although worth noting that the third bedroom is a twin over full bunkbed with an additional twin trundle, not a queen bed, as pictured. The Master bedroom is wonderful with a HUGE shower and bathroom and a lovely ocean view. The pool was perfect for a dip after the day at the beach. The pool is not huge and located behind the complex rather than oceanfront, but it worked for us. Close to everything - Publix is a two minute drive. Our favorite restaurants were Fat Clemenza's for Italian, Graffiti Pizza for great pizzas and salads, Back Porch for ocean front dining, Marble Slab Creamery for ice cream and the Donut Spot for donuts. We loved Corpus Christi Catholic Church for Sunday and daily Mass. Wonderful vacation at a fabulous, family friendly place.

Mother daughters trip!

The very first thing I noticed when I walked in was how very very clean it was!! It smelled disinfected not just air freshener. This place was perfect it was the best view with a great balcony! This was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters. We all had our own bedroom for privacy. So much space. And the shower was incredible again so very clean. I would stay here everytime I will never look for another place in Destin to stay. The location was amazing! Close to everything! I just loved this vacation! The very best place!!

We enjoyed our stay! The gated entrance was so convenient! We received all our codes in a timely manner and felt very safe there. Everything was clean, organized and as advertised. The beach was wonderful! We really like that our beach chairs and umbrella were set up with our name on them for easy access all day long! This location is near lots of restaurants and entertainment. The pool was clean, well maintained and we enjoyed that as well! The carts for loading and unloading were an added bonus that we weren’t aware of. The elevator was also in good working order. We were very thankful we didn’t have to tote luggage up 3 flights of stairs! The beds/pillows were very comfortable, clean and crisp. The living room and kitchen were beautiful and we loved all the TV’s in each room for bedtime relaxation after fun days! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Our stay at the Emerald Dunes was very lovely. The grounds we well maintained and clean. With only 27 units it was quiet and private.The condo we stayed in was very clean, and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and so we the beds.Our view off the patio was spectacular! We saw dolphins swimming by frequently.The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals. We also used the community gas grill. It was easy to use and always clean. The condo provided grilling utensils for us to use.The master suite has a huge walk in shower, perfect after a day on the beach. The view from the Master suite was also quite awesome!There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys in the closet for us to use. ( Bring your own beach towels).The condo is gated, so we were able to leave our e-bikes in the bike rack without any worry.This condo is near so many good restaurants and shopping. The bike trail runs right in front of this condo, made it fun to explore the area.There is a private beach access for the guests, with bathrooms right near the gate. The beach was a amazing! White powdery sand and crystal clear water.We hope to return here again some day.

My family had a great time.

Our family at a great time at this unit. There were a few things that were inconvenient but not necessarily a deal breaker. The parking is for two vehicles only. We brought a 3rd as we had 3 couples, children, and luggage. And we had to park the third vehicle off site a few miles down the road for $20/day. There are a lot of condos like this but I just didn’t see it mentioned until the day before when I got the check in info. Make sure to bring extra trash bags as you’re only given 2. Which isn’t many for 8 people. And check out was at 9 which is very early. I just wish it were at the usual 11. Over all the condo was super clean and in a great location. The beach is nice and not over crowded because it is cut off from the public part of the beach. The view was amazing! Just like what you see in the pictures. We would stay again.
