This condo is a rare find in Miramar Beach, sitting directly on the sand with no road between you and the ocean. Slide open the doors and listen to the waves. With uninterrupted Gulf views from the living area and kitchen, a spacious balcony overlooking the beach, and a rare multi-level layout, our condo is designed for guests who want space, comfort, and true beachfront access without the crowds.

Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony as the waves roll in. Walk down the steps for direct access to the private beach or relax by the heated pool. Seasonal beach service with two beach chairs and an umbrella is included with your stay at no additional fee. In the evenings, gather upstairs or downstairs with plenty of room for everyone to unwind, reconnect, and truly settle in.

Unit 40 at Coral Reef Club is especially ideal for guests who appreciate separate sleeping zones. The primary bedroom is located downstairs and features a king bed and ensuite full bathroom with a tub and shower and with a washer and dryer for your convenience. A half bathroom is also available downstairs for guests. Two twin beds are in the downstairs hallway, which can be closed off from the kitchen and living area. This allows little ones to sleep while others continue enjoying the space.

Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. With bedrooms on both levels and hallway doors providing extra separation, this condo is perfect for multi-generational stays or families traveling together, offering dedicated space for everyone to enjoy.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for longer stays or guests who enjoy cooking. Appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster, air fryer, hand mixer, can opener, and an overn, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. Pots and pans including two large stock pots are available, along with Pyrex and other baking dishes, mixing bowls, and baking sheets. Grills are available downstairs, allowing you to grill while overlooking the Gulf.

Located in the Coral Reef Club, a quiet, low-density beachfront community with just 49 units, our condo offers a noticeably more private feel than larger resorts. Being on the top floor adds both privacy and elevated views, while convenient parking directly out front makes arrivals and departures effortless.

Our condo is in one of the most desirable areas of Miramar Beach, just steps from Henderson Beach State Park. Walk to nearby shops and dining, or enjoy many additional restaurants, activities, and attractions within a short drive.
