This wonderful seasonal rental pool home with a fantastic lake view is located in Reflection Lakes of Naples, Florida. Reflection Lakes is a amenities filled community that includes a clubhouse with an onsite manager, a heated community pool, a bocce court, a fitness room, a billiards table and a card room. You will find plenty to do all within the community! This seasonal rental property is located about halfway between Tigertail Beach on Marco Island and Downtown Naples Beaches, all about a 25-30 minute drive away from the home. Please note that this home does have a garage the owner has one car parked inside the garage. There is one space available in the garage and the driveway can be used for additional parking.

The Space:
Your seasonal rental home has three full bedrooms and a den and they feature a King, Queen and 2 Twin Beds along with two full bathrooms. The main outdoor feature of the home is the pool with a large screened lanai and a nice covered area with an outdoor dining set!

The main living areas of the home include a open concept family room with slider access to the pool and lanai, an eat in kitchen, a formal dining area, a well appointed kitchen and a den/office. The home is set up for you to enjoy the most of your time here in SWFL. Additionally there is a large laundry room with wash sink that had a brand new washer and dryer added in May 2024. There is one parking space that will be available in the garage and the driveway can be used for additional parking. New bikes for guest use are available inside the garage as well as a dual coffee maker allowing guests to brew both a drip coffee and a Keurig style cup of coffee.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs, 30 pounds or less, are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.


Important Details:

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. The pool faces west

Please note that this home does have a garage however the owner of the home parks a car in this space so guests will have to use the driveway to park.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

The HOA has an additional application fees, NOT included in this reservation and must be paid separately. All leases must be 30 day minimum.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
