It was clean, family friendly, a Great Lake view and quiet. I contacted the host to see if we could get in earlier than the time they said. They graciously allowed us, we had family traveling from Montana, Washington and southern Idaho. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year.

Great house for our needs. Plenty of room and laid out so well. Great area out back — where we spent so much time enjoying the deck and water. Only suggestion would be to add another portable air conditioner upstairs and/or in the second downstairs bedroom. That said, we will strongly consider this property for our annual family trip to this beautiful area next year.

Beautiful Lake Retreat

Perfect vacation retreat! Great floor plan for large group, well equipped. Lots of water toys and the patio and view was fabulous. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

Fun on the water!

The house was lovely...but what made it truly special was its location: right on the water with plenty of fun paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy. We had a great time!

Great location and property

We gathered here for a family reunion and this property was amazing. We fished off the dock and played all day on the lake. It is tucked in far enough to where you don't get constant traffic from the lake but still only a short motor to the lake to play. The house itself was very comfortable and the life jackets, paddleboards, and kayaks were great.

Great stay right on the lake

The house was exactly what we expected - awesome. Great outdoor setup looking right out onto the lake. Lots of toys, which we used: kayaks, SUPs and more. Very well provisioned. And lots of room for large groups. Juelene helped out with every question we had.

Outstanding Accommodations!

This home was the perfect location for our family retreat. The host has thought of every comfort-the beds are very comfortable in ALL 7 rooms. The property was immaculate with everything you need to cook at home if you choose. The patio is the true gem at this property with incredible views and all the water toys you need to have a wonderful vacation! Thank you to the host for an amazing vacation for my family!!!

Friends over Fifty Reunion

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful and clean property. The owners were AMAZING in communicating with us and asking us what we needed to make our stay exceptional. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. It was a little warm in the upper rooms but it was unseasonably warm during the time we were there. We had fans in each room which was helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome place to stay!

A fantastic property! The home is gorgeous, spacious, and has a great view. The upper level has a game room with pool table that has bedrooms next to it. Perfect for the teens in our group to gather and have their own space. The kayaks and paddleboards were a hit with everyone. The house is extremely well appointed; especially the kitchen. Close to Sandpoint for any quick shopping you need to do. The owner is super friendly and communicative. It was clear that she wanted everything to be perfect for us. Thanks! We'll be back.

Big house on water

Fun house w everything you need from paper towels to kayaks. Fry Creek offered easy access on calm Waters for kayaks and SUPs. Open floor plan allowed for kids spreading out with toys. The sleeping spaces were discreet and private. Perfect combo.

Beautiful home - loved the water - cause it was HOT!!!!

We had a mini family reunion here - loved being around family and spending time together. The house was great - having the kayaks and paddle boards was wonderful - we used them a lot - along with others we brought with us. We spent lots of time outside - as it was HOT - over 100 when we were there. Would have loved to have an umbrella or two to be able to sit on the dock in shade - as well as on the porch in the shade. Would have also like to have seeting for more to eat meals on the patio. But we made it work with what was there. The house was hot - as there is no air - conditioner and it was during a VERY hot time. The upstairs was very hot for those sleeping there. We loved the pool table and game room. A high chair would have been nice - as it is hard to travel on a plane with one. Beautiful home - well maintained. Thank you for helping to make our reunion so special and memorable.

Fantastic Family Gathering Home

Our family of 13, aged 4 to 73 years, had a wonderful time in this home with a perfect location and a beautiful, serene view. The house is late, and while the layout is a bit unusual, it provided community space and private space for all. The included 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards were a a big hit, as was the pool table. The extra refrigerator and washer/dryer also were much appreciated. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, and provided the most detailed inventory we've ever experienced in over 15 years of vacation home rentals. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Family Gathering Home

This is a large home right on the water with a beautiful serene view of the mountains. Our family enjoyed the 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, the pool table and the location--quiet and yet close to town. It was perfect!

Beautiful large house that was well stocked! I do not recommend for families with small children. Balcony upstairs had access to the roof, large staircase, and brick patio that the kids kept falling on and hurting themselves. If you have a large group it was a good place that was close to everything.

Perfect location in Sagle

Our extended family got together for Labor Day weekend at this property. It was roomy, clean, gorgeous views, and the absolute BEST location. The property manager was extremely responsive if we had questions. Highly recommend you stay here, it’s wonderful.
