Relaxing and Beautiful

Perfect group stay wity everything you need. So much space from sitting, eating, to sleeping. Wonderful view from the back patio. We will definitely book again!

Great mountain stay

Great place for family time, separate bedroom entrance’s, perfect for the 3 families we had. Great open entertainment area on the main floor to accommodate everyone. Close to the slopes, Winter Park and all the sights and to does In Lincoln County. See y’all next time!

Great place for the whole family

This place was amazing. Our family truly enjoyed the separate gathering spaces as well as the privacy of the individual bedrooms. The home was clean and welcoming. The contact was quick to respond and friendly. Downtown Ruidoso was just a 10 minute drive away. I would happily recommend this place

Amazing Home!

This place is simply beautiful! All the accomodations were perfect for our group of 11. We had plentyof space to spread out in our private bedrooms and an amazing common area for us to be together! The deck was spacious with a beautiful view. We had several deer visit us during our stay. Will definitly book again when we return to the area!

Casa Patron

This place was awesome! Great kitchen, dining living area. Our group had plenty of room to spread out and visit. Bedrooms were all individual with a bathroom and kitchenette. The only thing that I wasn’t crazy about was the metal spiral staircase to the bedrooms. The kids loved it, though!

Overall, a nice property, can accommodate large groups. The main kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable. We didn’t realize the other three bedrooms were detached from the main house so you had to go outside and walk down the spiral stairs or walk around outside the house to get to them. We did appreciate that each bedroom had their own bathroom and kitchenette. The checkout instructions received via email were a bit different than the ones that were posted at the cabin so that was confusing. Also it appears that this property is managed by Evolve and I was receiving emails from VRBO and Evolve and charged fees from both.

Perfect Mountain Getaway~!

We stayed at *Casa Patrón* in Alto, NM with two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and it was absolutely perfect. The house had plenty of space and privacy for everyone, with even more room to spare. It was fully stocked with all the necessities, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hot tub was a huge bonus after long days exploring. The views are beautiful, and the location is ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. One of the coolest parts of our stay was watching families of elk, deer, and even wild horses roam through the property daily. It was an unforgettable experience for both the kids and adults. Highly recommend Casa Patrón for families or groups looking for a relaxing, well-equipped mountain retreat with a touch of wildlife magic!

Ants and spiders in rooms

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful house, the only negative thing was, on the first night as my wife and I were getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the top cover off and there was ants on the bed sheet, we didn't sleep comfortably the rest of the stay. My daughters told me they found spiders in their rooms.

Casa Patron

Casa Patron was great, very unique Cabin. Very assessable to Ruidosa. The cabin is has a beautiful view, it was very clean and well kept. It has ample options for preparing meals and cooking with a nice pellet/gas grill on the deck. Cabin was fully supplied with utensils, plates, silverware, and dishes. On a scale of 1-10 it’s a 10+ Tracy Taylor San Antonio TX.

Exceeded expectations!!

I would 100% recommend and stay at this property again!!! There was a ton of space for everyone, yet privacy for the parents & young ones without keeping everyone else awake during the night. The back deck was expansive, and so incredibly relaxing...my 5-month-old grandson would just literally fall asleep on my lap it was so peaceful. True (other reviews) there is not a full-size oven, but that's easy to work around. I found the owners extremely responsive to all my questions & requests. The check-in process and the most detailed information that I received prior to check-in was superb! I found the beds comfortable, and the place had everything we needed (there were 7 adults & 2 young ones). It exceeded all of my expectations!

The house was lovely, Valerie was very helpful, great location, awesome view and everything you need for a nice getaway. Bonus that each room has its own external entrance, bathroom and kitchenette! We will return for sure!

One of the best places my wife and I have stayed, we loved the location and the amount of wildlife in the area. It was our first trip to NM and this house was amazing it made us say we have to go back.

By far the BEST!!!

Our stay at Casa Patron was absolutely amazing!!! The welcome sign and little thoughtful details made our stay extra special. The outside patio was so spacious and the perfect spot for our gender reveal. The view of the mountains is immaculate and we were able to enjoy watching the deer passing through. This is by far the BEST cabin we have stayed at!!! I highly recommend this property...we will definitely book this property in the future!!!
