Welcome to our large modern, sunny holiday home. With wide mountain views taking in Roys Peak, Treble Cone and Mt Aspiring to name just a few peaks. This home is on a flat north facing section and is fully double glazed with indoor outdoor flow to a concrete patio and large lawn. Easy 10 min walk to Bremner Bay and 25 min walk to town. The section backs onto a sports field reserve with soccer goals just through the hedge. Inside the home has a large kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you could need, there is a dinning area and a very large lounge with heatpump and woodburner. The lounge and dining room open onto the covered patio area with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms - one room has bunks and a king single bed, another room has a queen bed and single bed. Master bedroom has a walk in closet and ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. There is a bathroom with a bath, separate shower and sink, as well as a seperate toilet. The double garage has a table tennis table and washing machine and laundry sink. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms and kitchen below tiles. Carpeted elsewhere.
