Kihei Surfside 210 est votre maison loin de la maison. Dès que vous franchissez la porte, vous savez que vous allez profiter de votre séjour. Cette unité a été récemment améliorée avec de nouveaux tapis partout, un nouveau canapé-lit et de nouveaux traitements de fenêtre. Le couloir photo art montre la beauté de Maui et la vue de l'intérieur donnant sur la cour est spectaculaire. Des vues sur l'océan, des palmiers, de vastes pelouses vertes, un putting-green, une piscine, des barbecues et un jeu de palets vous attendent. La belle cuisine a des armoires en bambou sur mesure, des carreaux et des comptoirs en granit. Toutes les nécessités pour la cuisine et la pâtisserie maison sont à portée de main. Les deux salles de bains sont toutes neuves et n'ont rien épargné. La chambre a un lit king size confortable et un ventilateur de plafond. Le placard a été conçu sur mesure pour accueillir tous vos vêtements et un coffre-fort sécuris�� est disponible pour vos effets personnels. Le câble Time Warner amélioré se connecte à un téléviseur à écran plat 46 "dans le salon. It was great!

We were locked out and couldn't find a way to get in and the property management company was nowhere to be found. The location on the park is beautiful.

Great view but missing some pieces

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the screen door to the lanai was broken, there were no forks or cutting boards, three spoons but plenty of knives. At this price, the guests shouldn't have to call to have these things fixed/delivered. We do appreciate that the management company responded right away. When we stayed at Kihei Surfside before we also received better soap/shampoo/conditioner. You can tell management has changed.

It was ocean front. Very soothing to eyes. View from living room and kitchen. We met the house cleaner Kelly, she was absolutely fabulous. She cleans very well. We felt that sheets were not washed from previous cleaner, Kelly came by within 20 mins of complaining and washed all the sheets. Even brought new bed top cover. Really liked how clean the condo was. It was well stocked with utensils. We had 2 kids who used the sofa bed and loved when they would wake up to ocean view. The beach was breathtaking. It was 1 minute walk to beach. The sand in kihea side is like walking on cotton ball. We stayed last time in lahiana side but loved waliea this time. Will go back to the same condo whenever we go back to maui.

Reviewer Comments: We totally love the Kihei Surfside and have rented through Maui condo and home for years. they used to be really great but unfortunately the service seems to have become inconsistent. We were astonished to find there are no beach towels and were told this is up to the owner. I think Maui Condo and Home needs to have some standards all owners they take on must abide by. Beach towels are standard and basic. Also while there were many great amenities, some basics such as only 2 coffee/tea mugs were not great. however once we called about it, some were brought and that was great and additional towells (bath) also brought. but it did seem a struggle. when you are paying this top dollar you do expect not to have to ask for things that are just basic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were pretty happy with the condo. The view was magnificent and the outdoor areas of the property were exceptionally well maintained. There was no air-conditioning but there always seemed to be a very nice breeze, however, humidity was a problem. The parking lot and walkway are on the bedroom window side, and since it was imparitive to have the window open for cooling, conversations could clearly be heard. There are laundry facilities on the property but not in the condo. Neither toilet flushed properly. Kitchen supplies were rather sparse. The condo was acceptably clean and we're pretty picky about places being clean

Great Location

The sleeper couch needs to be replaced, towels all need to be replaced and beach towels added. Basic amenities need to be added like dishwasher detergent, napkins, coffee filters, better/more soaps in shower.

Book your trip when construction completes

Overall a nice condo, well decorated and a comfortable bed in the master. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable for my kids. I recommend this unit for a couple only, it doesn’t comfortably sleep four. It also lacks an AC unit and it’s a very loud complex. Neighbors, gardeners, garbage men, construction workers and the feral roosters made sleep nearly impossible. When we arrived, the water was shut off and we all needed showers and hydration, so that was extremely inconvenient. Property management was not very courteous and no one contacted us regarding our complaint. Construction impeded the ocean view, and the pool was closed. Loud jackhammering started from 8 am on, making the unit uncomfortable because it has no air conditioning and we had no choice but to open windows in the sweltering heat. Definitely rent after the construction completes. Would have been much better with a pool. I liked the park and the beach near the condo complex. The condo unit caught fire during our trip and we had to evacuate the unit. That was very stressful. All in all, I’d likely not recommend this unit.

Just right

This unit is bright and well provisioned. The shower is lovely! I enjoyed being on the second floor with a nice view over the expansive lawn next to the condos. The location works well both for getting into Kihei proper, and also just walking around the corner to the south and onto the expansive K Beach area. The lanai is small but private. I would stay in this unit again.
