We booked for 2 weeks as a family . The house position was good for walking to the beach and we even did this at sunset some evenings . We saw dolphins from the house too which was great !We enjoyed their pool and deck .Rental team were great - nice people .Our biggest moan is the beds were just too small and uncomfortable and unfortunately the current new harbour work is noisy during the day from 08.30 .

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The teenagers all had their own space and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub added a nice touch. Easy drive to Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Property

Four of us couples stayed at this property. Had everything we needed. Very clean, great pool and hot tub, close to beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was a wonderful property to rent. The process was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and prompt. The house is set up in a wonderful way to be conducive to anyone who could have mobility issues, or uses a walker. They don’t have to go up or down any stairs, everything is just right where you need it.Also, the cleanliness was wonderful. The pool is amazing and, the way the rails are set up, once again conducive to anyone with mobility issues and, the hot tub is amazing too.I’m very happy that we found this place. I hope that we can rent it again one day if we’re back in the area.

My family and I went to Ft Myers/Cape Coral for my son’s baseball tournament and the house was perfect! Clean, spacious, excellent service by the property manager, beautiful pool and hot tub!!! Kayaks and a lovely view!

Great location and beautiful house.

Beautiful house and perfect location. The house was equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Lots of windows in the back to bring your indoor living outdoors. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Cape Coral!

My family & I had a great time at this house in Cape Coral. It was perfectly accommodating for our family of 9. We had a great time sitting out by the pool & on the dock each day and enjoying the Florida sunshine! Rolens was great at communication & quick to help with any issues we had. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great House and Location

We were wanting to get to know Cape Coral better this year and this was a perfect location. It was a three minute walk to the beach, the Boathouse and the Yacht Club and five minute car ride to all the great places on Cape Coral pkwy. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool and spa are first rate and easy to use. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio and would definitely go back!

Very enjoyable experience!!

This property was fantastic!! . It had everything we needed. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner (Mike) who was a great guy. He made all the difference. Honestly turnkey would not talk to us on request but they would text back. Regardless of turnkey the property was amazing and the owner was very helpful. I would definitely come back to this property.

Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing! We named the lizards Fred and Junior. The deck on the canal was the perfect spot for our morning coffee. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins or manatees. The location was perfect for what we wanted and needed to do. There is a Winn-Dixie down the street that kept us supplied and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook with. There was a nice bar/restaurant right with live music down the road for those nights we didn’t want to travel far. The food (shrimp and grits) was amazing. All in all a wonderful time and place to hang out with friends.

Florida Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good. House was wonderful, accoomodated all ten of us. Great space for privacy and gathering. Location was good (3-4 blocks from a small beach and on the beach was a tiki bar for drinks/food. Enjoyed walks around the neighborhoods. Only disappointment was the pool didn't heat. The hot tub part did and was used almost every night. Rented the place so the grandkids could use the pool, only disappointment.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family gathering which included 4 families, the house accommodated us perfectly. The house was clean, spacious and the pool and lagoon access was the icing on the cake. The house had 2 kayaks but we rented additional ones and were dropped off and picked up at the house. There was plenty of bath and pool towels as well bedding. The only suggestion we had was that there were not enough bowls and pots. We ate in every night and often had to improvise and get creative when cooking. Otherwise, this house was wonderful and made for a enjoyable vacation.

Great Family Retreat

We stayed here with a group of 9. It was perfect. Great location to walk to the yacht club. Very Spacious. The pool and Hot tub were in great. Dock on the canal was a really nice size. Plenty of seating and lounge chairs for everyone. Kayaks were a big hit with our group.
