Awesome place to stay. It felt more secure with the 24 hour guarded gate. The room was amazing. I didn’t realize it had basically a master bedroom with master bath as well as another smaller bedroom with a small bath off main hallway. The patio was nice a big with an amazing view. I loved having the stack washer and dryer to keep up with laundry… I had no bag full of dirty clothes to worry about when I got home which was very nice. The full kitchen was also very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable! Location was great too!

This place was absolutely perfect. We always stay in the Saida Towers when we visit South Padre. This condo fit our needs perfectly. The view is amazing. The rooms are so comfortabl;e. The kitchen was exactly what we needed. So clean. Can't wait to come back.

The Ocean view was incredible , but old windows deprecie the place, please change the windows and please buy another coffe maker please I love coffe in the morning and I need go out to buy because didnt work ..

Great family weekend stay

We went to south padre for a short weekend family vacation. This property was a great place to stay. Cozy condo with great amenities and easy quick access to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were an awesome relax point. We definitely want to stay here again for another family getaway.

Excellent Spring Break

My family had a wonderful time at Saida III. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Saida had a great beach area, pool area and the rental room was very clean and had a great view.

I will definitely stay here again

There is everything you need including an outstanding beach view. Furniture is attractive and comfortable with lots of seating options. All was super clean and neat.

All was decent. Noticeable lack of help on the grounds. Sugar ants on the counter. No can opener! It was clean and livable.
