They said if we got there early to go to the pool and would let us know when the room was ready. We got there early the gate guard said we couldn’t come I. Since our parking pass was in the room so we had to wait. Told us also the Burger shack was closed for the season, none of this worked to our favor. The home was dirty beautiful view, construction crews started hammering very early above us.

We were lucky in that this week was quiet on South Padre, we felt like we had the grounds to ourselves. The pools were wonderful, we appreciated having plenty of hot tubs and pools. The condo was clean and just what we needed, with a wonderful view of the ocean.The walk to the beach is short. We had a wonderful week there!

As listed, clean well equipped and beautiful. The beach view was terrific. We spent many hours on the balcony. Pools and spas are conveniently located and beach access is on site.

We loved our stay at Saida III. The unit was very clean, and the coastal decor provided a comfortable setting for our stay. The view from the balcony was a highlight of the experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Oceanview!!

The beach front/ocean view is superb. Condo is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The swimming pools in the resort is a plus. My family enjoyed a great stay!

Amazing location and property!

We couldn’t have chosen a better property for location! It was so close to the beach and the pools were awesome! I loved having 2 queens in the main bedroom and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful views of the beach

This was our first time staying at this property after many visits to South Padre. The views did not disappoint! While the building is old, the condo itself has been remodeled and was very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again!

Amazing Spring Break

We had a wonderful visit during our time in SPI. We had a couple of very minor issues which were taken care of very quickly. The condo was perfect for our family of four and we will certainly return again soon!!!

Beach Vacation

First trip to South Padre and it did not disappoint. I always love a rental over a hotel and this condo was beautiful. Very spacious and a great kitchen. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful home away from home.

Nice location, beautiful home.The only issue was only one of the elevators was working during our week long stay. But the working one was quick enough.
