The Hillwood Nest is a stylish home with retro accents and colorful furnishings. You'll be a short 15 minute Uber ride away from the heart of Nashville. Explore Music Row and learn about Nashville's entertainment industry or check out one of the numerous museums in Downtown Nashville. Don't forget to dine out at the local restaurants and breweries that the city has to offer!

The living room is furnished with colorful furniture around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). Right behind the sofa is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is great for cooking homemade meals and is equipped with a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. Don't forget a hearty breakfast before exploring the town!

There is a Queen bedroom with another Smart TV and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is one parking spot provided.

Please note:
If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional $35 per night pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

There is a unit above Hillwood Nest - in the event you experience disturbance issues with our additional unit (Hillwood Hideaway), please contact our Customer Care team for resolution.

Convenient to everything
Property was as advertised, no surprises or let downs. Easy access to down town area restaurants and clubs as well as destinations outside the city. Exactly what we were looking for!

Overall weekend was good. Had issues with the heating and cooling system for all 3 days of our stay. Tried to contact property manager several times through contact numbers on our reservation confirmation email. Never received a reply from anyone for 3 days.

Had to leave
Unfortunately, it was bad enough that we had to leave after the first night and stayed at a hotel for the rest of our stay. Photos are very deceiving, the couch is broken and very uncomfortable, the bed was also hard as a rock so no sleep. The neighbors are very loud and you hear everything. Any fixture that uses water was not secured in place and it seemed to have mold under the bathroom sink. The shower had no water pressure. You had absolutely no leg room on the toilet, which is probably why it wasn’t shown in photos on the listing. I can appreciate the aesthetic they were going for and the decent amount of cleanliness but overall, it wasn’t somewhere we wanted or were excited to stay in. Really disappointing

It worked but needs improvement
The location was hard to find as it's behind a business with no clear indication. It's farther from downtown than listed by 8-10 min. The toilet is still loose and moves every time in use. There was only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. When we did laundry, water leaked all over the floor which was challenging to clean up without extra towels and forced us to spend $20 at the laundry mat to finish the clothes. The property mgmt took awhile to respond leaving us to handle ourselves. The space itself has what you need and is located to convenient shopping and restaurants.

Extremely Loud, Unable to Sleep
If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the property for you. On the weekend, there was a group of 5-6 young individuals who stayed in the unit above mine. They were extremely loud, yelling outside in the parking area and on the deck, once inside their unit they were blasting music and you can hear every footstep above you. I had to make other sleeping arrangements for Friday and Saturday night because there was no way to sleep with this much noise until 4 in the morning. I reached out to the management company and I was told someone would be getting back to me to resolve the issue. I didn't hear back for a week so I reached back out and was told the same thing. Nobody ever contacted me to make this issue right. I don't feel that they accurately explained just how loud it would be when another group is staying above you. I would recommend finding another property so you can actually sleep on your trip.
