We had an amazing stay with Elaine and Scott! The apartment was clean and cozy! Super close to everything as well. They were super attentive and were kind and wonderful host. If we come back to Nashville we will absolutely stay here again.

Hosts were wonderful and accommodating in every way! And their big fenced in back yard makes visiting with our dogs a great and easy experience. Hosts thought of every detail and the apartment was very clean and just perfect for our three night stay! Super abundant space, and so close to Nashville. Perfect on every way, and we will definitely be there again!

Clean, quiet apartment in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We arrived a bit early, so I asked if we could check-in early. The apartment was ready, so we were able to do that. So much appreciated! Instructions to operate everything were very clear. Small amenities like multi-ended cell chargers, easy access outlets and shower products weren’t overlooked and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were friendly and the accommodations were clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after a day exploring downtown Nashville. We felt safe and check-in and out was easy. We would stay again.

Cozy little spot, only thing I’d say is if you’re tall you’ll want to watch your head going in & out of the bathroom. Other than that, simple and easy to get everything taken care of.

The hosts were so sweet and accommodating for our extended stay. This was the most reasonable priced place in Nashville and we enjoyed taking in the hillside views during walks in the neighborhood and reading the eclectic collection of books.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Quiet Neighborhood basement apartment. Scott and Elaine are very welcoming and kind. It was especially helpful to have the fenced in back yard that we could let our dog play in. Our dog got along very well with Elaine's dogs. The environment was clean and simple and suited us well. We would stay there again. Thank you both for your hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable.The hosts live upstairs, but you would never even know they were there—they fully respect your privacy. At the same time, they were very friendly, welcoming, and available if needed.This was one of the best stays I’ve had, and it will definitely be the only place I book whenever I come back. Highly recommend!
